Before the battle began, Gilbaris was still trying to persuade Aisi. He really disliked this kind of unnecessary fight; it would only waste his energy.

In response to Gilbaris’s persuasion, Aisi remained unfazed. Regardless of the reason, he wasn’t going to let Gilbaris take the Little Princess.

Gathering energy in his hands, Aisi unleashed it all at once while activating his magic barrier to block Gilbaris’s attack. But obviously, Gilbaris’s strike far exceeded what the barrier could withstand. After barely two seconds, Aisi’s magic shield shattered, and he was knocked to the ground by the force.

Seeing Aisi survive his blow, Gilbaris praised him while once again gathering energy in his palm, getting ready to use that move again to finish Aisi off.

As the giant energy wave surged towards him, Aisi, still struggling to rise from the ground, could only helplessly accept reality; he closed his eyes and awaited his death.

Watching the energy wave get closer, Aierjisi became increasingly anxious.

Just by instinct, Gilbaris knew that the might of this energy wave was definitely not to be underestimated. If he took it head-on, he would surely die. So, realizing the situation, he chose to flee, opening a small wormhole to escape Aierjisi’s attack.

Due to Gilbaris’s retreat, the bindings that had been restraining Aisi and Yake disappeared as well. Aierjisi’s radiant glow began to fade, and she lost consciousness, collapsing to the ground.

“Princess? Princess?”

“Aier? Aier?”

Aisi and Yake rushed over to check on her. Aisi immediately placed a hand on her nose to feel for a heartbeat.

“No worries, the Princess just overexerted herself and has fainted. There’s no danger to her life.”

Confirming that Aierjisi had fainted due to a lack of magic power, Aisi reassured Yake.

“That’s good. But what just happened to Aier? How did she suddenly transform and gain such overwhelming power?”

Although they were saved due to Aierjisi’s actions, Yake was still puzzled about the Little Princess.

“I don’t know either; that’s the first time I’ve seen such a version of the Princess. Anyway, you are her servant, right?”

Aisi picked up Aierjisi and led Yake to a nearby safe location.
