Yake opened his eyes, sat up from the bed, and stretched. He pulled back the curtains to see what time it was.

“It’s almost dark already? Looks like it’s quite late. I wonder if Aier has finished over there.”

Yake initiated a conversation with Aierjisi through their contract. On the other side, Aierjisi, who was enjoying afternoon tea with Gaia and Mios, naturally received Yake’s communication.

Mios brought Yake into the room, seating him at the chair and pouring him a steaming cup of tea.
