Hearing Weirafiya say something so out of character left Yaser momentarily stunned.

So do you get it? I need you with me for everything. If you find that funny, feel free to laugh, but I really do feel that way.”

Weirafiya turned her face away, avoiding eye contact with Yaser.

Yaser shook his head; he couldn’t see how that would be funny. After all, if Lady trusts him so much, how could he possibly let her down? Thinking of leaving her to go in alone was completely outrageous!

“Now are you willing to come in with me?”

“Yeah. As long as I’m with you, Lady, I’ll go anywhere you want.”
