<Chapter 1174> Day 15
After finishing the deed and getting dressed, Nakagami Risa asked,
“Are you going back to the dorm?”
“I plan to stop by the police station first.”
“Because of the pistol?”
“How did you know?”
“In a situation like this, having a pistol is super useful. And I… kinda want to try shooting it too. If you get your hands on a pistol, let me shoot it once.”
“At a person?”
“Well, duh, isn’t it obvious?”
I chuckled softly.
We gathered some usable weapons we found here. She took an axe and a spear. I took a knife and a katana.
‘The katana’s edge is a bit dull… but if I polish and sharpen it with a whetstone, I can probably use it 2-3 more times.’
I swung the katana through the air a few times before putting it back in its sheath. The sheath was something I scavenged from a nearby house.
“You seem familiar with knives. Are you a samurai?”
“I’m a Tenma.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
I headed towards the police station with her.
Since we were on the outskirts of the village, it was quite a walk. We intentionally turned off our flashlights to avoid being seen by other villagers.
After walking for a while, I looked at Nakagami Risa. She seemed to be limping slightly.
“Did you sprain your ankle?”
“…My lower back feels a bit sore. But it’s not bad enough to stop walking.”
She had been a virgin until just now. After hesitating for a moment, I decided to keep quiet. It wasn’t safe to leave her alone or send her back to the dorm – someone from the village might attack her. It was safer for her to stay close to me.
“Let’s hurry up and go back.”
We arrived at the village police station.
The front door was made of glass, and all the fluorescent lights inside were off. Though small, I expected it to be open 24/7 since it’s a police station… but there was no sign of anyone around.
This actually worked out well.
I kicked the glass door. It shook but didn’t break – reinforced glass, apparently. After looking around, I took the axe from Nakagami Risa and smashed it against the door. After a few hits, the door shattered, and we confidently walked into the police station.
The gun locker wasn’t hard to find. The problem was that it wasn’t a regular locker but a safe that required a key.
“Is there a key around here somewhere?”
“Is this it?”
Nakagami Risa produced five keys from somewhere. I tried them all on the safe, but none of them fit.
“The guy named Shimada or someone probably has the key. Let’s give up on this for now.”
“That’s disappointing.”
Before leaving the police station, we checked if there was anything else useful. That’s when we noticed the holding cell inside.
Inside the cell, Tanaka Hiroshi was lying in the corner, sound asleep. He was drenched in cold sweat, and his limbs remained bent as he hadn’t received treatment.
Bang! Bang!
When I pounded on the iron bars, he opened his eyes wide and stared at us.
“Jo-Jo-Josenjing?! Nakagami-senpai?!”
“This guy’s lucky.”
“Pl-please save me! Those guys are gonna kill me!”
“You calling me Jo-Jo-Josenjing? Your words make me feel really bad.”
“Shit! You’re the one who did this to my arm! Nakagami-senpai, please save me!”
Nakagami Risa crossed her arms and looked at him like he was trash.
stared intensely.
“Why me?”
“This village is dangerous! You need to flee immediately!”
“Can run anytime. With your broken limbs, you’re nothing but dead weight.”
“Damn it! I know the way… or rather, which paths NOT to take!”
I interjected.
“Earlier, your story didn’t match the cop’s at all. Explain yourself thoroughly.”
“Why should I tell YOU…!”
“Don’t wanna talk? Stay locked up then.”
“…I’ll talk! Just open this damn cage!”
“Speak first. What happened? Warning: one lie and it’s over.”
Nakagami Risa and I brought chairs and sat in front of the cell. To avoid boredom, I casually fondled Nakagami Risa’s breasts while listening.
Tanaka Hiroshi glared at me before speaking.
“I was with Gonjo and Sakurai when we spotted a young female teacher. We approached her, offering beer.”
“Female teacher? Ah, so you raped her and got arrested.”
“We didn’t rape her! If we had, I wouldn’t feel this wronged! She tricked us!”
“Tricked?”
“She lured us to her house and drugged our drinks! We were locked in some strange-smelling place!”
“Where exactly?”
“A house near the hospital. It looked like a normal home on the outside. But there were loads of animal-like creatures inside too.”
Clack clack.
Tanaka Hiroshi’s teeth chattered from fear.
The memory of captivity clearly left deep trauma.
“How did you escape? Where are your buddies now?”
“…Gonjo and Sakurai were killed. Gonjo… he was raped and stabbed by an insane old hag. And Sakurai… violated by some grotesque man until death. Fuck…”
I shivered involuntarily, having imagined it too vividly.
“Terrifying. Did they get to you?”
“They didn’t touch me, calling me something about being ‘unsuitable’…”
“How’d you escape?”
“They were disposing of Gonjo and Sakurai’s bodies when I ran. Got caught again because of you breaking my arms and legs though…”
Tanaka Hiroshi glared at me murderously. In response, I mocked him while licking Nakagami Risa’s neck.
“Hnnn…”
Gulp.
Tanaka Hiroshi leered at Nakagami Risa with lustful eyes. I deliberately teased her, slipping my hands into her hot pants and shirt to grope her breasts and crotch.
“That it?”
“What more do you want? I’ve told you everything. Now save me. If I stay here, those guys will kill me.”
“Shimada. Why did that cop put you in a holding cell instead of returning you to that place?”
“To keep an eye on me, probably. He refused even when I begged to be sent to the hospital!”
I stood up and tried five keys on the cell door. One finally clicked. Clank. The cell gate opened and Tanaka Hiroshi’s face brightened. He twitched his broken limbs then sighed.
“…I can’t move well. Help me.”
“You expect me to carry you? Are you insane?”
“You piece of shit! You’re the one who broke my limbs!”
“If you hadn’t lusted after my woman, I wouldn’t have done that.”
As the guy prepared to argue, he backed down when I moved to leave the cell.
“M, sorry. I was wrong. Please help me. I don’t wanna die here at the hands of those villagers… Help me.”
“Boy. Took you long enough to behave. Repeat after me: Dokdo belongs to Korea.”
“Dokdo belongs to Korea…?”
“Yeah. Dokdo is Korean territory.”
“What’s Dokdo?”
“YOU IDIOT. Don’t know Dokdo?! Ignorant bastard. How’d you even get into university?!”
“A, I know! Dokdo belongs to Korea!”
Tanaka Hiroshi hurriedly agreed.
I smirked, grabbed the back of his head, and slammed it against the wall.
Bang bang bang!
“Aaaaaah! Aaaargh! Y-you son of a biiitch!!”
“Do you really think I’ll clean up after you? Die here then!!”
Bang bang bang bang!
At some point, Tanaka Hiroshi…
The scream of the body was gone.
The walls were smeared with blood and brain matter, and crushed eyeball fragments rolled across the floor.
I calmed my excitement and threw the corpse I had in my hand to the ground.
I left the holding cell. Nakagami Risa was watching me with bright eyes.
“I got wet again… wanna do it?”
She slightly pulled down her hot pants and panties, revealing her pussy, which was messily covered in a transparent, sticky liquid.
“I was about to head back to our place… but doing it once won’t make us late, right?”
I took off my pants and approached her.
•••
Day 5 of being isolated in Okaruma Village.
I thought today would be chaotic. After all, I killed over ten villagers last night.
But nothing happened.
No villagers gathered and stormed us, no rumors spread. It was eerily quiet as if nothing occurred.
Nakagami Risa and I went for a “morning walk” toward the ginkgo tree. It was similar to how a criminal revisits the crime scene.
“…They’re gone.”
“It seems everything’s been cleaned up.”
There were no bodies hanging from the ginkgo tree. However, not all traces were erased; there were still bloodstains on the ground. We entered a nearby house where signs of the bodies being moved remained.
“In a normal village, they’d try to arrest us by now, right?”
“This isn’t a normal village.”
“…It’s making me uneasy.”
It felt unsettling because the village wasn’t responding logically.
“Are you going to the hospital tonight?”
“No, I’ll rest today or tomorrow.”
We planned to relax while enjoying sex. I wasn’t ready to finish this quest yet. Hagawa Ryouko and Nakagami Risa suited me just fine.
‘What’s worrying are the hospital and the shrine. There’s no need to rush investigating them. Since the title of this world is “15 Days,” we have plenty of time. Might as well enjoy ourselves.’
And my instincts are telling me…
Both the hospital and the shrine are likely filled with traps.
Even though I can fully recover, handling dozens of enemies at once is tough. Ordinary humans wouldn’t stand a chance, but these guys enhance themselves with the strange drug called “Blood Pill.”
‘These guys who create weird drugs might not only have police but also others armed with guns.’
Plus, killing the villagers and hanging their dismembered bodies on the ginkgo tree would make them both furious and cautious of us.
“While we’re out walking, let’s check around the village.”
The village was quietly moving. Most of the inhabitants were elderly, silently tidying up the storm-ravaged town with closed mouths.
They ignored us. Even when we passed by, they showed no reaction. If we spoke, they gave short answers.
Yet, we could feel eyes on us.
Watching us from hiding.
“That’s annoying.”
“Shall we go kill them?”
“No. If we’re caught on camera, it’ll be troublesome.”
“You’re right.”
It was broad daylight, and there were too many hidden foes. Quietly taking care of them would be difficult.
Nakagami Risa and I entered a small shop when lunchtime came.
The trembling old woman owner prepared Korean food as I requested—beef soup and jajangmyeon. The beef soup was acceptable, but the jajangmyeon wasn’t great.
I contemplated killing her in my mind.
“Old hag. Didn’t I say I’d kill you if the food tastes bad?”
“Hiiiik! D, did it taste bad?!”
“It’s good. I want to eat here again tomorrow.”
Nakagami Risa said that. Reflecting on it, the only food we’ve eaten so far has been curry made by college students and cup ramen. College students aren’t exactly known for their culinary skills.
“Old hag. You’re lucky.”
I sat down and picked up my spoon. They say Japanese people eat rice with chopsticks… but I didn’t see why I should follow that custom. Spoons were more convenient for me.
As I was eating enthusiastically, the shop door opened, and a customer entered. Nakagami Risa and I turned our heads to confirm who it was.
It was Hagawa Ryouko and Wada Kyoushiro.
