Lin Xuan went on and on about the studio. He finished explaining the entire proposal, but Su Hua seemed completely unmoved.

“What secret technique?” Lin Xuan was puzzled.
“The secret technique is you yourself,” Butler Wang grinned. “You don’t need to write any investment proposal. Just use yourself to seduce Miss Su. Forget about the investment—she’d pluck stars and moons from the sky for you if she could.”
“That’s impossible,” Lin Xuan frowned. “Su Hua keeps public and private matters separate. How could seduction make her invest?”
Butler Wang gave him a look.
Miss Su usually kept things strictly divided, but Master Lin was always the exception. All her principles dissolved into nothingness in front of Lin Xuan.
“Master Lin, how will you know unless you try?” Butler Wang smiled gently.

Did he really think she was so untrustworthy?
“This is just a small investment. I thought you wouldn’t bother with it,” Lin Xuan replied.
Su Hua pursed her lips. “Investment isn’t about the size of the project; it’s about whether it has value.”
Lin Xuan inwardly acknowledged that Su Hua clearly separated work from personal matters.
If Jiang Qing were here, he’d roll his eyes—every investment handled by Su Zong was worth over ten billion. This investment in the tens or hundreds of millions, and she personally oversaw it. Was this still about separating public and private matters?
Lin Xuan placed the investment proposal on Su Hua’s desk. “Su Hua, this is my investment proposal. Take a look.”
Su Hua remained seated in her office chair, showing no intention of opening it.
