“If we can’t find the antidote, Miss Su will die. Do we really have to send her back to the Shang Organization? That place swallows people whole without spitting out bones.” Jiang murmured.
Though her face showed anguish, inside she was secretly giving herself a thumbs up for her acting skills.
“Not happening.”
Lin Xuan declared firmly, “No matter what, I won’t let anything happen to Hua Bao.”
After returning to Night Garden,
Lin Xuan took care of Su Hua while diving into research day and night for an antidote.
In these three days, he hadn’t shaved, showered, or changed clothes. He looked disheveled.
