The atmosphere at the table was momentarily awkward.
But soon, Su Zexin broke the ice: “How did you two meet?”
“I’ll say,” Su Zeheng looked at Wen Han with concern, “We met through work.”
“Work?” Su Zexin asked, surprised. “She’s also a police officer?”

His footsteps faded away.
