Chapter 194

Chapter 194: Face-to-face Nuclear Explosion.

“ROOOAAARRR!”

The Panicking Terror Tyrant finally let out a roar that should’ve been a death scream, wobbling once more as it fell backward again.

Even with grievous wounds, it continued to struggle fiercely.

The Fire Dragons landed again, attempting to feed on the Terror Tyrant’s flesh, but after a few bites, they gave up and hovered in the air, instead hunting the nearby Acid Winged Dragons.

Jie Jie stretched his sore muscles, hesitating for a moment before deciding not to engage the beast in further entanglement.

Lifting one arm slightly, he aimed at the king of gluttony’s constantly shaking neck and thrust directly toward its throat.

The Terror Tyrant’s massive legs kicked violently, its head struggling to support itself against the ground despite the gaping wound in its throat, allowing it to rise again.

This was all within Jie Jie’s expectations. The Terror Tyrant wouldn’t die instantly from a torn throat; it would still struggle for quite some time.

The most straightforward way to execute a Large Monster is by biting through the back of the neck to sever the nerves, but alas, the muscles in the Terror Tyrant’s neck were far too thick, and the disgusting meat quality made him reluctant to take a bite.

As the Panicking Terror Tyrant stood up again, its powerful legs leaped, sending its nearly thirty-meter-long body weighing several tons crashing down heavily towards Jie Jie.

Jie Jie dodged with a slide step, but the Terror Tyrant, upon landing, flipped over and rolled straight toward him.

The lifted horn strike slammed into the rolling creature, changing its direction.

After regaining his footing from the roll, the Terror Tyrant raised its head high and smashed it down heavily toward Jie Jie.

He flapped his wings and took flight, merely observing how much longer the Terror Tyrant could hold on.

The Terror Tyrant’s head, having missed its target, dragged along the ground and surged upward, tracing a glowing path in the sky before biting onto the tail of the Extinction Dragon.

“Huh???”

In confusion, no matter how hard he flapped his wings, Jie Jie was swung down toward the ground, creating a large crater with a heavy thud.

I already slit your throat—why won’t you just lie there and die?

Shaking off the dirt as he rose, Jie Jie noticed the ferocious gash on its neck had turned into a scar.

And as the price of this regeneration ability, it hadn’t released the Extinction Dragon’s tail it had bitten into, continuing to chew and swallow amidst the wriggling teeth fragments.

Anyone could tell—this thing was hungry, hungrier than when they first met.

Ignoring the pain from the bitten tail, Jie Jie turned around and delivered punch after punch to the Terror Tyrant’s head that was still clamped onto the tail.

The Terror Tyrant’s teeth flew everywhere, and in a dizzy spell, it stumbled back, releasing his tail.

But the Terror Tyrant stabilized its legs during the stagger, raising its head once more to crash down heavily toward him.

Counterattack!

The Extinction Dragon’s claw tightly dug into the ground, ready to lift up again, delivering another Rising Dragon Fist straight into the face of the Panicking Terror Tyrant.

A series of dragon energies erupted, exploding in chaotic bursts.

After a slight lull, the Terror Tyrant’s mouth filled with dragon energy unleashed a rapid series of bites, determined to clamp onto Jie Jie’s body and start chewing.

Jie Jie, growing increasingly irritated by the seemingly indestructible Terror Tyrant, retreated slightly and then swung his tail around.

The spiny tail extended as it swung, and the Slaying Dragon’s sword-like tail carved a long wound across the Terror Tyrant’s body.

It wasn’t that the Slaying Dragon was stronger than the Extinction Dragon—it was simply that in a world where combat primarily relied on fists and physical brawls, wielding a Long Blade caused the most significant damage.

The powerful and sharp sword tail retracted, grinding against the ground with such intensity that it heated up and turned red.

Stepping back to create distance, Jie Jie swung the blade tail toward the charging Terror Tyrant.

With the scorching blade combining with Jie Jie’s immense strength, a large chunk of bloody flesh cleanly sliced off the Terror Tyrant’s body upon impact.

But retreating wasn’t the optimal offensive strategy for beast dragons. He jumped off the ground, flipping mid-air and slamming the blade tail down.

“BOOM!”

The scorching blade tail plunged deep into the bloodied flesh of the Terror Tyrant’s neck, triggering a chain reaction of dragon energy explosions.

While recovering and standing back up, Jie Jie noticed the blade had quickly become coated with dragon energy, extinguishing the flame light after only two cuts.

Yet those two slashes had visibly inflicted serious damage on the Terror Tyrant. The dragon energy had snuffed out the flames, revealing scorched and split wounds.

“GRUNT!”

The King of Gluttony suddenly raised its head, catching sight of a red figure mid-pounce, swiftly grabbing it by the leg and swinging it down from the sky.

That was Porcelain Bowl launching an aggressive pounce.

Iron Pot also descended furiously, attacking the Terror Tyrant’s head with its claws, trying to make it release its grip.

“Not cool,cursingcan’t you just watch?!”

Jie Jie felt a mix of helplessness and anger, mostly directed at the fact that the Terror Tyrant was still alive.

The Slaying Dragon leapt high, but descending from the sky was the Spiny Dragon’s horn strike.

The Spiny Dragon’s horn pierced the side of the Terror Tyrant’s neck, making it release the Male Fire Dragon it had been dragging and biting during its retreat.

Why won’t this thing die?!

Jie Jie reared his head back and stood upright, feeling the weight of the Terror Tyrant gradually shifting until two-thirds of it pressed down on his head.

Under the Golden Jade’s influence, his body temperature surged instantly, the patterns on his shell lighting up, and his blood burning like fire, giving him the strength to choke the Terror Tyrant’s neck with his horn.

Black blood gushed from the wound, flowing down the horn and painting grotesque streaks across Jie Jie’s dragon face, finally entering his open mouth near the eye socket.

Strength surged through his legs, lifting the immense weight with difficulty before bringing it down with even greater force.

The rocky ground trembled and cracked, evidence of Jie Jie dancing under the weight of the Terror Tyrant.

Or perhaps it was more like supporting it while dancing together.

Fortunately, carrying the Terror Tyrant alone was exhausting enough; he didn’t need to perform any extra dance steps. The heat throughout his body concentrated to its peak inside the Flame Bag, almost reaching the point of internal explosion.

In this dance, it seemed as though he held the waist of the King of Gluttony, lowering his eyelids as if preparing for a kiss.

But what emerged from his mouth wasn’t passionate love—it was the sheen of destruction.

The romantic filter faded, and the hand that once held her waist transformed into a horn piercing and choking the Terror Tyrant’s neck.

The distance between the two dragons remained unchanged—a distance the Terror Tyrant couldn’t escape no matter how much it struggled.

The explosives detonated.

Porcelain Bowl, lifting its head, saw a figure spreading its wings as if protecting itself, stepping back to shield against the surging waves of scorching firelight.

The terrifying sound shattered the rampant dragon energy instantly. The near-zero-distance explosion separated the two dragons with horrifying power.

“HOOOOOOOHHHHHHH!”

Looking at the battle-hardened Panicking Terror Tyrant whose neck had been blasted apart, Jie Jie’s dragon face, now riddled with cracks and missing half his jaw, emitted a brief mocking laugh from his throat.

“You keep growing, huh?”

The corpse of the King of Gluttony continued to twitch and struggle but could no longer stand.
