034 Dekan Never Loses
“Are you afraid?”
Olive felt Dekan’s body begin to tremble gradually and asked curiously.
Dekan’s strange state made her both on guard and a little curious.
She reached out and gently lifted her index finger, tilting Dekan’s chin to think about how to deal with this rare Little Succubus.
However, at that moment, she met Dekan’s gaze again.
In an instant, she had a sense of illusion, it was like staring into the fathomless abyss beneath the ice.
Dekan’s gaze was so cold it made her feel uneasy.
“Ha ha ha ha…”
Dekan burst into laughter when he saw Olive’s shocked expression, as if he had been playing with her all along.
“What are you laughing at?”
The surprise still hadn’t left Olive’s face.
“I laugh because you are just too adorable. You’re actually wary of me, it excites me beyond measure.”
Dekan slowly raised his slightly trembling hand and clenched it into a fist.
“Could you suspect that I am a dispatched inspector?”
Dekan’s gaze was cold and dangerously filled with a sense of pleasure, his laughter carrying a hint of joy.
“Are you not?”
Olive’s eyebrows furrowed; she could not figure out what Dekan was made of.
Dekan paid no heed to the scorpion tail and stepped forward, looking directly into Olive’s irises.
If Olive had not retracted the scorpion tail on cue, it probably would have pierced Dekan’s abdomen just then.
“If I came here to inspect, I certainly wouldn’t say so much to you, there are plenty of ways to tempt you into violating the rules and then deal with you.”
Dekan said with a faint smile on his face.
“You have two choices now. Either treat me as an opponent and strategize against thin air, or listen to my proposal. Perhaps you’ll find an unprecedented, transcendent pleasure.”
The corner of his mouth didn’t rise much, but his eyes held a complex look of indulgence and mockery.
For some reason, Olive felt increasingly itchy inside when she looked at this little demon’s appearance.
From the very beginning, this little demon had been constantly provoking her heart.
And now she was extremely interested in what this “transcendent pleasure” Dekan mentioned was.
If he really wasn’t sent by the principal or from above, it would be a good thing.
“Are you not expecting me to prove my identity to you?”
Dekan asked in a subtle yet provocative voice close to her ear.
Olive’s expression froze.
“But you can’t prove it, so no matter what, I won’t believe you.”
Olive replied.
The demons sent from above for inspection were all not easy to deal with. Even with great temptations, one must not easily fall into them.
Moreover, succubi were a race skilled in psychological attacks, full of lies.
She didn’t believe that Dekan had any way to prove who he was.
“Can I possibly convince you that I pose no threat, and will you join me in a thrilling game?”
Dekan’s voice was light, almost carrying a trace of resentment.
“Ho ho, what if I agree with you? Go ahead and try to prove it. If you are truly harmless, even without demanding, I would have wanted to play with you.”
Olive narrowed her eyes. Although she no longer negated verbally, she was still watching Dekan guardedly.
“Is there a possibility that I am not even a demon at all?”
As Dekan asked, he attached the cursed doll.
He stretched out his hand, supporting Olive’s chin, lightly using his thumb to pry her small mouth open, and then forcefully sliding his fingertips over her sharp teeth.
Instantly, a mixture of sweet and bloody taste flowed into Olive’s mouth.
At the same time, a transmitted pain that she couldn’t figure out made her body shiver.
“This… is the taste of a human?”
She dumbly questioned.
Even though Dekan’s disguise was ingenious, the taste of blood could never mistake.
Olive understood this taste better than anyone else.
She couldn’t help but look at Dekan again as if she discovered a great treasure.
She felt as if her heart was about to explode, her blood boiling.
What a perfectly insane guy!
He carried a dangerous aura with traits of succubi.
Yet, he was a weak human, hardly a threat to her.
Most importantly, his strange ability to feedback pain to her!
Just this ability made up her mind to forever keep this human by her side, as the best toy in the world.
[Task Objective 3: The number of impersonators whose human identities have been exposed does not exceed three, currently intact disguises 4/6]
“That’s right, I am not a demon, just a human filled with goodwill towards demons.”
“I wish to understand demons better, and want to do some interesting things with you, such an alluring higher-level demon.”
“Even if I risk dying… but the more stimulating it is, the more it makes people addicted, isn’t it?”
Dekan chuckled as he looked at the task prompt on the interface.
“Ho ho ho ho, you are really an interesting madman! But I like it!”
Olive laughed somewhat insanely. Her eyes were already filled with fiery passion.
“You right now, are you interested in playing a game with me? I guarantee, your feelings will be hundreds or thousands of times stronger than before.”
Dekan said.
As he planned, first keep the chaotic demon Olive steady, then gradually reduce her guard, and finally lure her; she had finally taken the bait.
“I am becoming more and more fond of you. Fine, playing with you wouldn’t harm. Tell me your thoughts.”
Although Olive disliked following rules, Dekan’s words were full of an irresistible appeal.
She even felt a bit of anticipation.
“Just wait. I will cover your eyes. You will neither guess nor see what I will do to you. I have a fifty percent chance of making you feel extreme pain like before, and another fifty percent chance of giving you the other kind of heavenly bliss.”
Dekan bared his white teeth as he grinned. “What do you say? Would you like to try?”
After hearing this proposal, Olive’s breathing became rapid, seemingly unable to wait.
She wanted this mixed stimulation full of expectation and tension.
Regardless of either situation Dekan mentioned, they would be extreme pleasures to her.
And Olive didn’t need to worry about this weak human posing a threat to her life.
She rummaged through a cabinet, found a roll of blood-stained bandage, and passed it to Dekan.
“Hurry up.”
“No problem, I will make sure you are satisfied.”
Dekan gently pressed her shoulder, making her sit on the chair, and then wrapped her eyes with the bandage coil by coil.
Not long after.
Olive felt Dekan’s forehead touch her own.
But her vision was in total darkness, unable to see anything.
She could only hear the sound of her own heartbeat.
She eagerly anticipated what unknown pleasures and stimulations Dekan would bring her.
Dekan silently took out two cards.
This play was finally over.
In order to trick Olive into giving him a close-up opportunity, he acted so vividly that it even made his own scalp numb, creating a character that could attract Olive.
But.
Hehehe.
Olive was doomed.
Among the two cards in Dekan’s hand, one was the Ruined Bard, and the other was the last spell card he had carried but not used in this Shadow World, Mind Collision.
[Mental Collision]
[Category: Spell Card]
[Rarity: Purple Rare]
[Rank: 1]
[Effect: Only effective when both parties are less than one meter apart, and the closer the distance, the stronger the effect. It triggers a collision of mental strength between the two parties. The one with stronger mental power will cause a mental impact with strong dizziness effect to the weaker one.]
[Note: Roll a die! Roll a die! Keep rolling a die!]
This spell card originally didn’t cause substantial harm.
The final mental impact, besides making the loser’s head hurt extremely, wouldn’t damage the brain.
Its main effect was to cause dizziness.
Of course, that was under normal pain threshold.
As for how much damage mental impact could cause under a 60x pain threshold, Dekan had never tested it on anyone…
However, today, Dekan would finally get the answers he had long awaited.
