There was an incredibly popular animation in the past.

It dealt with a virtual reality game similar to New Dimension, where the concept was that if you died in the game, you would die in real life—a death game setting.

The animation concluded with the protagonist defeating the final boss and heading off to meet the partner they had made in the game in reality.

If I were to play that game now… how far could I really go?

Such curiosities arose for just a moment.

Then, a more fundamental question took root in my mind.

What’s the problem with dying in a death game… really?

Everyone eventually dies one day.

And most people have no choice in how they die.

Sure, one might die comfortably in bed after living a long life.

But like my past self, one might also die from overwork.

One could get caught in an unexpected accident and die.

Or perhaps succumb to a long illness and pass away.

So, could it not be that people also die in a death game?

Of course, I’m not endorsing death games themselves.

The creators of death games are the worst murderers, having killed countless people.

What I want to say is that there are lives that end up dying because they got tangled in death games.

In other words. Life is unpredictable regarding when and how one will die.

No matter what, I have to live diligently and give my best.

If there’s something to do, I should do it right away.

After all, didn’t the protagonist of that animation date their loved one even in a death game where one mistake could mean death?

…If only the popular real-life player had died.

To be frank, like the post that went up in Remagal earlier, even with a week-long chat restriction, and managing the minimum donation on my terms, do I even need to be watched?

That’s why I chose the path of taking a month-long break.
