“Tsk, so stingy.” Wang Dahé chimed in with his critique.

“Young Master Lin, Miss sent a message just now. She said you should take your friend out shopping. You can buy whatever you need, and the miss will foot the bill.” The butler approached respectfully.

Lin Xuan pondered thoughtfully.

Su Hua’s control over him seemed less intense than before. Looks like going along with her was indeed the way to go.

Lin Xuan and Wang Dahé arrived at a mall that gathered various international top luxury brands.

Su Hua had already taken care of Lin Xuan’s food and clothing arrangements, so there wasn’t much he needed to buy. However, as he passed by a watch counter, a pair of watches caught his eye — it was a couple’s set, one for a man and one for a woman.

“Sir, these are True Love Watches, designed exclusively by Master Clifton. They’re one-of-a-kind worldwide.” The saleslady smiled as she introduced them.

“How much?” Wang Dahé asked curiously; it was obvious these watches were no ordinary items.

“Sir, the pair costs fifteen million.”

“How much? Fifteen million?” Wang Dahé was floored. Even if he calculated his post-graduation salary generously at ten thousand per month, it would still take him 125 years to save up fifteen million without eating or drinking…

“Let’s check out.” Wang Butler pulled out the Black Gold Card secondary card.

“Alright, please wait a moment.” The saleslady took the card with a smile.

“And wrap up the watch beside it too.” Wang Butler pointed to a black watch nearby.

After finishing the transaction, the saleslady handed over the card along with the three watches to Wang Butler.
