DEKAN’S FIRST PERFORMANCE
Before the Demon Teacher could finish the opening remarks, Dekan had already casually walked over to the chair on the opposite side of the stage and sat down.
“Start singing.”
He resembled a judge, supporting his chin with one hand, leaning back in his chair.
His behavior caused the students of the Demon Choir to frown.
Because what was most arrogant about Dekan was—
He had placed the chair facing backward, turned completely away from the choir.
The Music Teacher paused in silence for a moment, then said, “… Let’s begin, then.”
Since this student was so arrogant as to not even give him the chance to finish an opening speech,
then not explaining the rules was also acceptable.
After all, the students had volunteered.
When the killing mechanism was triggered, it would just be a matter of following the rules.
The Music Teacher snickered coldly, turned to look at the students of the choir, and began playing the large musical instrument in front of him.
This instrument looked like a piano and sounded like a piano, so Dekan assumed it was a piano.
Well, the timbre was just a little strange.
But from Dekan’s perspective, timbre has never been the most important part of a piano.
What Dekan cared about was its structure—
It would make a great barbecue grill by the poolside.
…
Accompanied by the music, the Demon Choir began a unified performance.
The style of the choir’s piece was rather chaotic and captivating.
It was akin to the murmurs of the fallen or the sighs of the judges, carrying an indescribable charm, as if it wanted to make the listener fall deeply and lose oneself within it.
In less than five minutes, they finished their first performance.
By the time they were done singing, Dekan showed no reaction at all.
He had no intention of clapping.
Just heard his somewhat dissatisfied voice, “Unfortunately, I cannot turn my chair around for you.”
Dekan sighed and stood up.
“The song should be like this, I’ll only teach it once, so listen carefully.”
While saying this, Dekan walked onto the stage.
This made both the Music Teacher and the students of the Demon Choir extremely surprised and angry.
They had never encountered such an arrogant person!
Not only did he turn his back to them earlier,
but now he deemed them unworthy of making him turn around?
And he even had the audacity to teach them how to sing?
What kind of new form of humiliation was this?
Was he looking for death?
“Hmph.”
The expressions of many students gradually became cruel, even smiling.
To them, Dekan was already a corpse.
They would soon make him understand what true despair was,
dying cruelly in fear and unwillingness.
The Music Teacher was also smirking disdainfully.
He couldn’t wait to take action and kill this reckless student.
The real terror in this classroom wasn’t the killing mechanism,
but these demonic students filled with twisted minds.
They would do anything to kill the new students.
“Are you ready?”
Seeing that Dekan had already stepped onto the Demon Choir’s position, the Music Teacher asked.
“Yes.”
Dekan echoed this with the demonic students.
The Music Teacher took a deep breath, placed both hands on the keys, and slowly pressed them down.
The chaotic and captivating sounds flowed slowly from the piano, solidifying in the air.
As the piano sounds began to resemble droplets falling, resonating and lingering on the stage,
The Demon Choir also started their singing.
“We were no strangers to love~”
Dekan’s voice startled the Music Teacher, making his hands tremble and nearly miss the next note.
All the demonic students stopped singing and stared incredulously at him.
Not only did his voice overpower the piano notes,
but it even drowned out the sound of the entire Demon Choir!
Why?
Because Dekan had taken control of the school’s broadcasting system!
He had turned the broadcasting volume in the music room to the maximum, using his magic ring as a microphone to sing whatever song he wanted!
“What are you looking at? All of you sang the wrong part!”
“???”
The expressions of all the demonic students were filled with doubt.
Putting aside how this guy could possibly understand their rules,
how on earth did this guy manage to control the school’s broadcasting system?!
This volume was powerful enough to kill them all!
How could they possibly compete against this guy?
The Demon Teacher also paused the performance, his face as dark as a pot while glaring towards the choir.
“All twenty of you sang wrong.”
Though the Music Teacher was reluctant to admit it, this was what he had to announce.
Because the rules were clear, the Demon Choir always used this mechanism to harm other demon students.
Conversely, if the Demon Choir was fooled, the teacher was required to acknowledge it just like any other situation.
If the Demon Teacher were to defy the rules and was discovered by the principal, it would be his death.
All the demonic students looked at Dekan with utter shock and panic.
They realized something was very wrong.
“Hem, let’s start over.”
The Music Teacher coughed lightly, looking somewhat helpless, and offered the students a brief moment to prepare.
The piano began again.
This time, as soon as the piano started playing, all the demonic students reached a tacit agreement.
They prepared to start prematurely, planning to make Dekan fail.
But Dekan had already anticipated their strategy and took the lead to preempt their singing.
“Ahhhh, everything’s changing!”
In an intoxicated manner, Dekan tilted his head back, revealing a radiant smile as he sang.
Still, the only voice in the entire music classroom was his.
“Once again, all twenty of you made a mistake.”
The cautious Music Teacher once again mercilessly declared the results.
The demonic students’ faces turned ashen with despair.
This guy! There’s really nothing they could do about him!
If he succeeded one more time, the entire Demon Choir would be annihilated!
There was no way around this, they had to fight for their survival!
“Die!”
Finally, one of the demonic students lost control and lunged towards Dekan.
Hands in his pockets, Dekan smirked and activated “[Mind Interference].”
Instantaneously, the demon student’s movements twisted dramatically, and he swung a powerful punch directly at another nearby demon student.
The latter student, caught completely off guard, fell to the ground with a heavy strike.
“Teacher! He’s attacking other classmates!”
Dekan raised his hand, resembling a righteous student fighting for justice, and loudly shouted.
“???”
The demon student who lunged looked utterly baffled, unable to believe his own hands.
He had clearly aimed for Dekan, but his body had disobeyed his command!
Before he could comprehend the situation,
the Music Teacher sighed, his figure transformed into a shadow that darted forward, grabbed the misbehaving student, and snapped his neck with a swift movement.
Then the teacher returned to the piano without any expression, as if preparing to start the performance a third time.
“Hmm hmm hmm, dear classmates, let’s cherish peace, okay?”
Dekan looked at the group of demon students with a smile filled with deep meaning.
His somewhat provoking expression, with its seven parts ridicule, seemed to be telling these students: try attacking, you’ll just die quicker.
