Chapter 306: My Daughter
“Shen Qianqian, do you know what this is?” Chen Yu held a handful of white granular stuff.
Right after saying that, Chen Yu shook her head. “Never mind, a rich miss like you wouldn’t recognize this. Let me tell you then—this is called laundry detergent, mixed with some salt. Even if your hands aren’t injured, holding it for too long hurts. Not to mention your body which is already full of wounds.”
Listening to Chen Yu’s explanation, Shen Qianqian trembled all over.
“I see your body is dirty, and so is your heart. Let me clean you up.”
Chen Yu grinned.
“Someone! Help me strip her clothes off!”
The shadow guards immediately undressed Shen Qianqian.
Shen Qianqian’s body was covered in bloody marks, not a single spot unscathed.
Chen Yu ordered the bodyguards to hold her down while sprinkling the detergent onto Shen Qianqian’s wounds.
A burning pain spread through the wounded areas.
“Ahhhhhh—”
Shen Qianqian writhed on the ground in agony.
Chen Yu felt an overwhelming sense of satisfaction.
Torturing Shen Qianqian was something she never dared to imagine before, yet here she was, having such an opportunity.
“Shen Qianqian, this isn’t even the end. We still have one more day to play,” Chen Yu said coldly.
“Chen Yu!” Tortured to the brink of death, Shen Qianqian crawled towards Chen Yu, grabbing her pant leg as she painfully pleaded, “I’ve realized my mistake. Please let me go, please let me go.”
She regretted it, truly regretted it.
She shouldn’t have lusted after Lin Xuan, nor should she have provoked Su Hua repeatedly.
Su Hua was a demon.
She herself had sought out men who ruined her innocence, disfigured her face, and now Chen Yu was torturing her under Su Hua’s orders.
“No, you don’t know wrong!” Chen Yu laughed coldly. “You’ve always bullied whoever you didn’t like. This time, you just hit the wrong person, so you’re showing weakness.”
“And even if you admit your fault, will my parents’ lives come back?!”
Chen Yu grabbed her hair. “Shen Qianqian, enjoy it while it lasts.”
Shen Qianqian looked at the smug expression on Chen Yu’s face and wanted nothing more than to rip it apart.
What was she?
Why did she get to be smug in front of her?
Without Su Hua backing her up, she was nothing!
But now, Shen Qianqian could do nothing.
Despair filled Shen Qianqian’s eyes.
For the remaining day,
Chen Yu tortured Shen Qianqian using various methods, many of which she learned from TV dramas.
Like needles piercing fingertips, letting dozens of centipedes crawl on her, and pressing her hands onto a red-hot stove.
And so on.
The shadow guards couldn’t help but marvel.
These methods were cruel, really cruel.
Truly, when women are ruthless, men don’t stand a chance.
However, Shen Qianqian enduring this long showed she had some grit.
On the fourth day, Shen Qianqian finally couldn’t take it anymore and began acting crazily.
“Shen Qianqian, don’t think this is over. You still have a long time ahead in prison.” Chen Yu whispered into Shen Qianqian’s ear, her expression full of joy.
Jiang Qing arrived.
The doctor reported: “Secretary Jiang, I’ve examined her. She indeed has gone mentally unstable, possibly taking years to recover.
”
“I understand.” Jiang Qing nodded. “Take her back to the Shen residence; her father might be worried.”
“Yes.”
The shadow guards immediately escorted Shen Qianqian away.
“Miss Chen.” Jiang Qing looked at Chen Yu.
Chen Yu thought, now that Shen Qianqian had been dealt with, it must be her turn next.
“Secretary Jiang, are you here to give me my due?”
From the start, seeing Su Hua torture Shen Qianqian, she had anticipated this outcome.
Chen Yu said, “Regardless, I must thank President Su for giving me this chance to personally seek revenge.”
Shen Qianqian’s family was powerful, but she was just an ordinary person. If it weren’t for President Su, she probably would never have gotten her revenge unless she stabbed Shen Qianqian to death.
Chen Yu bowed to Jiang Qing.
Jiang Qing smiled. “Miss Chen, you misunderstand. What I mean is, I’ll send someone to take you home.”
“What?” Chen Yu was stunned. “You’re not going to kill me or lock me up somewhere? Wouldn’t that be safer?”
Jiang Qing chuckled. “Miss Chen, you worry too much. Even if you spread the word, few people would believe you. And even if they did, they can’t do anything to our President Su. Of course, I doubt you have the guts.”
“Come on, we’ll drive you home.”
Jiang Qing was about to leave.
“Wait.” Chen Yu stopped her.
“Miss Chen, is there something else?”
“Secretary Jiang.” Chen Yu hesitated. “Could I stay and work for President Su?”
She wanted to repay Su Hua’s kindness.
Also, after these days of torturing Shen Qianqian, she discovered she suited this dark life better. The sunlight wasn’t for her.
Su Hua’s methods made her yearn and admire.
Jiang Qing smiled. “Miss Chen, our place isn’t somewhere you can just join. You need real skills.”
Chen Yu frowned.
Real skills?
—
Shen Qianqian had been missing for several days without any news, her phone continuously out of reach, impossible to track.
Shen Mao was almost driven mad searching for her.
Issues at the company and Shen Qianqian’s disappearance had left him utterly exhausted.
A black car stopped in front of the Shen villa. Shen Qianqian was pushed out and the car sped off, leaving a cloud of dust behind.
Shen Qianqian’s body was covered in blood, and the words “whore” were carved into her face. It was also night.
Shen Qianqian looked like a ghost.
Hearing the commotion outside, the servant curiously opened the door, only to be startled by the sight.
Suddenly encountering a bloody figure,
“Ah—” the servant screamed.
“Ghost, ghost!”
The servant panicked and ran away.
Shen Mao sat in the back seat of the car, asking sternly, “Still no trace?”
“No, it seems someone deliberately erased them. We really can’t find any clues,” the people sent to search for Shen Qianqian nervously replied.
“Worthless!”
“To not find one person for so long means you’re all useless! If you can’t find her, all of you can quit!” Shen Mao raged.
“Screech—”
The driver slammed on the brakes, creating a harsh sound.
“What’s going on?” Already in a bad mood, Shen Mao’s temper flared even more because of the sudden braking.
“Master, there’s someone at the entrance of the villa,” the driver said.
“Get rid of her,” Shen Mao said impatiently.
“Yes.”
The driver got out of the car.
He was about to speak when he suddenly noticed the woman was drenched in blood.
This… this…
The driver frowned.
The servant who initially shouted “ghost” also came out with three others from the villa.
“She’s at the entrance of the villa, completely soaked in blood,” the servant said.
At first, the servant thought she was a ghost, but upon reconsideration, it seemed unlikely. Wanting to investigate but afraid, the servant brought others along for courage.
“That’s her.”
The servant pointed at Shen Qianqian as they approached.
