I can’t swallow the way everything unfolded, the author is forcing a lot for some plot to happen in the presence of the protagonist. If only a few hours had passed, she could have reversed time and intercepted the shadow. Furthermore, I could never swallow the fact that she can’t control the underground, she can literally stop time indefinitely and has the power of creation, she can create whatever she wants, she just doesn’t discover the truth and deal with the problem because then there wouldn’t be this plot.
