“Hnnn…”
When I stretched, my body—tense from staying up all night—let out a painful groan.
I always assumed that, being female, I had a relatively flexible body, but recently, with all the time spent sitting in front of the computer, I’ve been feeling stiffer by the day.
‘Finally got a good night’s sleep.’
It’s been so long since I slept like this that I can’t even remember the last time.
Was it after we got promoted to the LCK? Or was it when I first debuted in the CK?
It’s astonishing to think that not even a year has passed.
“…I need to pull myself together.”
First things first, I headed to the bathroom and turned on the faucet. As soon as the cold water hit my skin, I snapped out of my grogginess.
After a quick wash, I made my way to the living room, where I noticed a note and some food left for me by Mom.
For breakfast, we have sandwiches, an all-time staple in our household because there’s not much difference in taste even if it gets cold. Both Dad and I are used to eating chilled meals.
“Is Dad out already?”
The bowl, not fully empty but noticeably missing a couple of sandwiches, hinted as much. Grabbing one, I popped it into my mouth. Just like always, it was perfectly balanced with no sharp edges.
Beautiful, a great cook, and successful in her career… Thinking about it, I can’t find any flaws in my mom. Maybe she’s a bit of a “dad’s girl,” but even that’s mostly a minor annoyance to me. Most people would find it charming.
Still a little groggy from the morning, I finished my meal with thoughts I usually wouldn’t entertain. After tidying up, I returned to my room, turned on my computer, and noticed it was still only 11 a.m.
I had plenty of time before my appointment.
“Hanbyeori and I have plans at 5 p.m., right…”
I had nearly six hours to kill.
Working at the dorms, between helping teammates with scrim practice and assisting others, my time was usually packed. But now, not attending school after 10 years of student life, I find myself with more free time than I expected.
After a brief consideration, I launched the League of Legends client.
“I guess I should do some Solo Ranked.”
Simultaneously turning on the streaming program alongside the LoL client, I announced that the broadcast would officially start at 4 p.m.
Since it was going to be a Solo Ranked stream, I didn’t put much thought into it beyond hitting the button.
If the stream turns out to be boring, viewers will come back again when things get more interesting.
[ON AIR]- para (Solo Ranked until 4 p.m.)
Legend of Legends
After setting up the room title to indicate it was a Solo Ranked stream, I queued up.
How much time had passed?
[?]
[Surprise broadcasting?]
[What is this ambush gang?]
[Seo Ha~]
[Seo Ha~]
[How is anyone’s name Seo Ha…?]
“What’s this about?”
Even though it was morning, and considering it was a no-cam, Solo Ranked stream, I figured a turnout of around 1,000 viewers would be impressive. But surprisingly, nearly 4,000 people were watching.
“Still morning, and a lot more of you are watching than I expected.”
[A…morning?]
[In our timeline, it is time to sleep…]
[We are London folks living by the London clock.]
[I woke up on schedule today specifically to catch your streams. Mtch!]
Judging by the brief chat comments, some of these people had been up all night. Or they’re just binge-watching while on salary.
[Why no cam today?]
[Legit]
[No cam on para’s stream? This is literally Hanbyeori without LoL.]
[Legit]
[Cam cam cam cam cam cam cam on!]
[Please turn on the camera, for the love of baby Jesus…]
“I’ll turn on the cam later when Hanbyeori comes online.”
[The host knows what they’re doing…]
[Just remove spammers, and let’s get the Solo Ranked going.]
[What rank is the host at now?]
[Since the current league session isn’t finished, it’s not too high.]
[Still, the host streams Solo Ranked pretty often.]
@ Supporter donated 1,000 won: Is the host broadcasting during a tournament?
[That’s true.]
[We’re fine with that though.]
[Shouldn’t you be practicing??]
“Ah, don’t worry about that.”
After the regular season just ended, and as the coach suggested it would be good to take a brief rest, the entire team was currently on downtime. Plus, our first games weren’t until the second round, giving us a solid ten days to prepare.
“Also, since Hanbyeori has been supporting our team, today, we’ll do content focused on duo play.”
[Real-time tier of Hanbyeori: Diamond 2 with 60 LP]
[Still maintaining mid-tier Diamond 2 though…]
[Legend of diving. Haha]
…
…
…
“Alright, that’s all for the Solo Ranked session.”
Checking the clock, it was already 5 p.m.
The game I assumed would be quick turned into an hour-long match, causing me to almost run late. In haste, I created a custom room and invited Hanbyeori, who was already in my friends list. As soon as she joined, a Discord call was initiated.
“Did I make you wait?”
“The game took longer than expected. Sorry about that.”
“I’m just kidding. Let’s get this going—today, I’ve got to hit Master.”
[Hanbyeori… Master?]
[That’s impossible.]
[Allow me to present: Top Lane Grand Master, Mid Lane Legend Hanbyeori.]
[Who else, the LCK POG 1st ranked duo player.]
[Ah, haha… If anyone gave me the chance to duo with the top regular-season mid laner, I could hit Grand Master too.]
[Nah… that seems…]
[That’s… hmm…]
“Is the Proleague finals next week?”
“Yeah.”
During the champion selection, Hanbyeori casually asked me.
Given that the Proleague finals also feature a cheering section, it seemed her question wasn’t born out of ignorance, but more as a conversation starter. In that case…
“Do you think our team will win?”
“Isn’t that obvious?”
“How about the third round and the finals?”
“Of course! In the LCK, ARK is currently the number one.”
Even my somewhat sensitive question was met with Hanbyeori’s seamless answer.
Given her character, she truly believed that’s how it would be. Somewhere, I felt a sense of gratitude while confirming the champion select.
“Why are you going top?”
“I want to try something new.”
“Is it okay not to ban K’Sante?”
“Intentionally leaving it open.”
Upon letting K’Sante remain unbanned, the opponent promptly took first pick.
My choice was Aatrox immediately after. Hanbyeori naturally went with Zeri.
“Did you know my Zeri win-rate went up after I learned from you?”
“It went up? But how come you’re stuck in Diamond 2…”
“That’s because my aim has gotten worse!”
[The big狙is justified.]
[Let’s go with it then.]
[She was indeed originally Diamond 1…]
[Hanbyeori claims: I’m a top-tier Master player.]
[…?]
[That seems…]
“To be honest, Diamond is pretty decent.”
[Para claims: Hanbyeori is accurately Diamond. (No exaggeration)]
[Makes sense when LCK Regular Season POG 1st says it.]
[We concur.]
TOP: Aatrox
JG: Lisim
MID: Zeri
AD: Kai’Sa
SUP: Nautilus
VS
TOP: K’Sante
JG: Lillia
MID: Yasuo
AD: Varus
SUP: Karma
When the general match compositions came into view, I felt optimistic.
For this game, I wanted to test out the defensive Aatrox build.
If my memory serves me right, this patch had given buffs to the defensive items, making them particularly overpowered.
“Try it before they recommend it to you.”
Prioritizing the laning phase, I secured a red buff and waited for minions to spawn. At this point, Aatrox is notoriously weak until level three, so I cautiously started farming.
By the time I reached level three, something seemed off.
“K’Sante’s movements are strange.”
Rather than preemptive dodging, they were reacting to skills.
I checked their tier earlier—the top lane opponent was Grand Master, undoubtedly skilled—but does someone at that level really have such quick reflexes? Odd, but there may be an unknown powerhouse, so I played on.
Approaching my sixth level.
After accidentally taking a Q, the opponent jumped me with their ultimate for a kill attempt.
With my health at 30%, survival was key. However, K’Sante’s main abilities are non-targeted skills.
[Woah]
[Geez, he dodges all of the Qs]
[How did he dodge W like that?]
With the increased speed from ultimate, dodging everything was plausible.
Having survived, now it was my turn.
After the cooldown of Q followed by W. The opponent, having just used W, was defenseless and dragged over. Although they predicted my three-hit Q combo and used flash, it didn’t matter.
“Got the top.”
With the combination of Q and E and a flash connect, I secured the top lane kill.

Title: Para and Hanbyeori Caught with Nuke Player
(The tier screenshot of KR1022)
This guy frequently targets streamers on the higher ranks; his regular stats are like this but as soon as he meets a streamer, his game changes.
And he performs exceptionally well against pros during duos, but when playing by himself, it reflects on his patchy records.
YEAH, he’s a well-known name. lol!
He goes all out when encountering pros or streamers, but when left alone, his performance is subpar.
And when his tier drops, he just uses cheats to climb again.
Why didn’t Riot catch him?
Good thing he’s only a verbal cheater.
It’s impressive that he manages to evade nuke reports but still gets away with verbal abuse.

Title: Real-time Para Solo-Killed the Haxxer
(Scene of the Kr’s ultimate user dodging Q and W with movement)
(Scene of Para using Aatrox to catch K’Sante through Q>E>Flash)
Just pure skill, man.
He defeated a hacker with pure skill.
Is this really LCK’s top mid?
Damn, the first scene felt like a wall of talent.
Hacker education achieved by Para.
Why is he playing Aatrox in the Build?
Seems like a patch where defensive builds are being buffed.
