Leaving aside the comedic scene unfolding at Loki Familia’s camp.
Just before the sunlight dipped below the horizon, the Lajia Kingdom withdrew their forces.
The invasion that lasted merely half a day… no, just a few hours, had left them reeling with heavy losses.
One after another, reports of disaster from their units reached them.
Even Ares, known for his stubborn persistence, had to face reality and, under the advice of his strategists, chose to retreat temporarily.
The commercially-oriented Familias of Orario, upon seeing the defeat of Ares’ army, pounced like cats drawn by the scent of fish.
Unrestrained by enemy guards, they prepared to sell their faction’s goods to the wounded soldiers.
Through their efforts, the Lajia Kingdom’s military camp was turned into a lively festival-like atmosphere.
In contrast — the Orario military camp, victorious in today’s battle, echoed with sounds of celebration everywhere.
Among them, Loki Familia was the loudest, their cheers echoing throughout the entire camp.
Amidst the vast camp, the deities and their summoned Familia members couldn’t help but feel curious.
What on earth could have made Loki Familia so jubilant?
“Ota… do you know what happened over at Loki’s place?”
The gods had their followers prepare tents and chairs, setting up in a semi-open tent. Freya sat leisurely on her opulent divine throne, sipping wine, her amethyst eyes gleaming with curiosity.
The commotion coming from Loki’s side had piqued even her interest.
Freya knew it wasn’t about celebrating today’s victory.
Isn’t it only natural for Orario to win in war?
So something else must have occurred.
“It seems that there has been a report of Loki Familia’s ‘Silver Star’ leveling up,” Ota, standing like a colossal stone statue behind the goddess, replied after hearing intelligence gathered by his fellow members.
He relayed the news he’d just received to his deity.
A flicker of surprise crossed Freya’s serene beauty as she glanced at Ota standing nearby.
“Has Ize Alward leveled up again? Didn’t he just reach Lv.6 not long ago?”
“That is correct.”
Ota confirmed this. Based on this information, the current ‘Silver Star’ must already be at Lv.7.
“I thought that child might catch up to him… but now it seems unlikely…”
The brief reply didn’t seem to worsen Freya’s mood. If anything, she hid it well.
Leaning back into her plush chair, Freya took another sip of her wine.
Ota stood motionless like a pillar of stone, maintaining composure.
He knew which “child” the goddess referred to.
“The Little Rookie” — Bell Cranel.
Having been in Orario for just two and a half months, her strength was already nearing Lv.4.
Though still at Lv.3, Freya, who had been closely “watching” her growth, believed that even an ordinary Lv.4 would find it hard to defeat her.
Such rapid level progression surpassed even the early achievements of ‘Silver Star’.
Yet, who would’ve thought that after entering the Hero domain, ‘Silver Star’ would grow even faster!?
To be honest, even Ota, who usually maintained emotional stability, couldn’t help but feel curious about how the Three Giants—Finn and the others—must feel being overtaken by a junior.
“Similarly at Lv.7, what do you think your chances are against ‘Silver Star,’ Ota?”
The atmosphere quieted momentarily, then Freya chuckled knowingly.
“… fifty percent,” Ota paused briefly before answering.
“For you, that’s quite a conservative estimate,” Freya’s smile remained unchanged.
Her words carried no reproach but rather a hint of intrigue.
It was rare for Freya to hear such remarks from her most trusted and strongest Familia child.
After all, winning or losing each holds a fifty-fifty chance.
Clearly, Ota held high regard for that boy, Ize.
The goddess smiled faintly, occasionally sipping her wine, deciding not to delve further into the matter.
Meanwhile, Loki was briefing her core members on important details.
“Tonight, I will accompany Ize along with Finn, Gress, and Riviria to another world to obtain ‘Greatness.’ Our goal is to help Finn and the others advance to Lv.7.”
“While I’m gone, the blessings of the gods will be sealed… So, to counteract this, I’ll use a special divine artifact to maintain my presence, acting as the ‘main deity.'”
“Although the divine blessing maintained through this method will be one tier weaker and has time limitations, don’t worry. We’ll return before morning. Until then, act as if nothing has happened. Can you all manage that?”
Inside Finn’s main tent, a group of people sat neatly arranged, while Loki, positioned at the center, quickly explained her intentions and plans, ignoring the wide-eyed stares from those below as she unloaded her arrangements onto them.
Long after she finished speaking, Tiona, frozen like a stunned goose, finally came to her senses.
“Ah! Is th… uhhhhh…!?”
“Idiot, don’t shout so loudly! There are other factions around!”
Tione swiftly covered her foolish sister’s mouth just as she was about to yell.
“No worries, everyone can discuss freely. Ize has set up a soundproof barrier. Honestly, I don’t know when he managed to research it, but it works pretty well~”
Loki waved her hand carelessly.
The issue Tione raised, Loki had already anticipated.
In fact, without this trick from Ize, she wouldn’t have been able to openly discuss things within the allied army’s camp.
Hearing Loki say this, the members of the first and second armies relaxed significantly.
“Um… may I ask, what exactly does ‘another world’ mean…?” Alisia looked toward Riviria, the royal princess she admired.
However, Riviria awkwardly avoided her gaze.
“Don’t look at me, Alisia. This is the first time I’ve heard Loki mention this plan too.” Riviria admitted sheepishly.
Even Finn, central to the plan, along with the Three Giants, were utterly confused.
Could someone explain what “achieving greatness in another world” actually means?
Loki rubbed her forehead.
Well, looks like she’d have to start explaining from scratch.
Another daunting task.
She instinctively glanced at Ize, hoping he could assist in explaining these matters.
But when Loki saw Ize casually playing with Haruhi’s tail resting on his lap, completely ignoring her explanation, a nerve in her head nearly snapped.
Still, realizing the plan originated from her own suggestion… ultimately, Loki swallowed her frustration with tears in her eyes, forcing herself to ignore Ize’s behavior and began her explanation.
