Chapter 71: Slimes Face Off Against Women with 1000% Combat Power

Aierjisi continued to slice through the slimes with her Light Sword; she had lost count of how many she had defeated. It felt like they were an endless tide. Moreover, the slimes seemed completely fearless. Even as Aierjisi took out one slime at a time, they rushed towards her without hesitation.
Unlike Aierjisi, Yake faced a much smaller number of slimes, allowing him to handle them with ease.

Amidst the fight, a sudden cry for help erupted from the Little Princess’s direction. Yake turned to see what was happening.
Aierjisi was completely surrounded by several slimes, trapped in an ocean of them, unable to move. To make matters worse, her clothes and stockings were visibly being corroded by the slimes. One slime seemed to be trying to burrow into her underwear—how could she withstand that? Yake stared at the scene in front of him, momentarily forgetting where he was.
Aierjisi, being a top-notch warrior, couldn’t tolerate such humiliation at the hands of these lowly monsters, and tried to fight back. However, she was powerless… she couldn’t move at all! All she could do was call out to Yake for help.
“Hey, Yake! Don’t just stand there! Come help me already!”
Seeing Yake standing there without a reaction made Aierjisi blush with embarrassment, and she yelled for him again. When he still didn’t respond, she angrily waved her right hand and flicked her Light Whip at Yake, bringing him out of his stupor.
“Ouch, that hurts!”
Yake rubbed his face where he had been struck and complained.
“What are you doing! I’ve called you twice, and you ignored me! Hurry up and get these slimes off me!”
In the time it took for Aierjisi to slap Yake back to reality, the slimes had corroded her clothes even further. She was already wearing thin summer clothes, and with the slimes’ relentless assault, the remaining fabric could no longer cover most of her skin.
“S-Sorry! I’m coming right now!”
Without another word, Yake grabbed his sword and dashed over to clear away the slimes that were piling on top of the Little Princess.
“How are you holding up, Aier?”
“How am I holding up? Can’t you see for yourself?!”
Aierjisi, blushing furiously, glared at him. With her left hand covering her almost nonexistent chest and her right hand shielding her lower body, she struggled to get up. The slimes had already rendered her clothes useless in concealing those areas.
“My sincerest apologies. I’m really very sorry…”
Yake bowed his head towards the Little Princess, fully aware that it was his slow response that had led to this predicament.
“Hmph! You deal with these slimes. I’m going to change clothes.”
Aierjisi covered herself and ran awkwardly to the side. Thankfully, the clothes that Reina had forced her to buy were safely stored in her subspace, and she could quickly change. If she had to take those back to Reina in this state, she would never hear the end of it!
“Ugh. What a hassle.”
After sending off the Little Princess, Yake sighed and then smiled. No matter what, he had just seen quite the revealing scene. Maybe he should consider getting a few slimes of his own to tease her with later?
“Now then, I still need to clean you all up.”
Yake looked at the group of slimes again. Honestly, he felt grateful to them for allowing him to catch a glimpse of the Little Princess’s embarrassing moment. But since she had ordered him, he knew he couldn’t disobey. Sorry, slimes! Please forgive me!
Sharpening his speed, Yake went on a rampage amidst the slimes. After about half an hour, he had cleared the area, not leaving a single one behind.
“Ah… I’m exhausted. Fighting slimes really takes a toll on your stamina.”
Yake collapsed onto the vegetable field, wiping the sweat off his forehead.

Seeing that the slimes had been dealt with, the director and the children from the orphanage walked out of the building to express their gratitude to Yake.
