She pointed to the damaged part of the City Lord’s armor.

Aierjisi looked at the City Lord’s injured armor part and began to understand the alien’s strength.

Yake stared at the alien covered in eyes. How could they possibly defeat a creature that could shoot powerful lasers from its eyes?

Aierjisi summoned a Magic Shield and charged at the alien, testing whether her shield could withstand the laser attacks.

After withstanding several laser strikes with her Magic Shield, Aierjisi realized that the alien’s laser attack wasn’t as strong as she initially thought. Her shield could hold up against it.

“Yake, City Lord, hide behind me! I’ll get you closer to it.”

“Understood.”

The City Lord and Yake took shelter behind Aierjisi, relying on her Magic Shield to close the distance with the alien.

However, they underestimated one crucial aspect. They thought the alien lacked intelligence.
