Episode 082: Dekan’s Horror Film
Dekan knocked on the door of Room 105.
“Listen up, you inside. Surrender now and we might go easy on you. Once we drag you out, things will be different.”
There was a moment of silence from the room.
Then a voice filled with hatred replied, “Where’s my sister?”
“Back in the springs.”
After Dekan’s reply, there was another pause.
Though she didn’t understand what “back to the springs” meant, from Dekan’s tone, she understood roughly what had happened.
“I swear, one day I will find all of you in the real world, and I will kill you all!”
The twin sister’s voice carried a trace of crying as she gritted her teeth and cursed.
“What are you talking about? Do you still think you can go back smoothly?”
“Ha ha.”
From inside the door came laughter tinged with insanity.
She seemed to think Dekan’s intimidation methods were foolish.
Dekan sighed, turned around and looked at Lilith.
“The negotiation has failed. Can you guys watch the twin sister here and make sure she doesn’t come out?”
With his hands on his hips, Dekan said helplessly.
Lilith: “No problem. Leave it to us.”
Dekan: “Thank you. Let’s get to the main event then!”
Lilith: “What are you going to do?”
Dekan: “Do I even need to say? We’re preparing a party!”
“Party meow!”
Even Teacher Cat started to get excited.
Following this guy really was easy, it seemed.
Lilith: “???”
Dekan: “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything today. Tomorrow, we all play together.”
Lilith’s expression became even more confused.
She had no idea what Dekan was thinking.
Thus, Lilith and her guards kept watch outside Room 105.
As for Dekan and Cornelia, they disappeared down the corridor and never showed up again.
After several hours, they started to feel a bit hungry.
“Why does the smell of grilled meat seem so heavy?”
Lilith sniffed the air, somewhat puzzled.
Although the kitchen had ingredients, there was only a grill and no barbecue rack, right?
Could it be a hallucination?
However, the scent became more and more distinct, and even Lilith’s guards nodded in agreement.
“Here to deliver lunch!”
A clear voice echoed through the corridor.
Dekan and Cornelia appeared from the other end of the corridor and walked towards them, delivering skewers of grilled meat interlaced with vegetables.
“Good job.”
Cornelia also encouraged them.
Lilith and the guards were stunned again.
Is this atmosphere appropriate?

When it got dark, Dekan and Cornelia brought dinner to Lilith and her group again.

Dekan smiled and said to Lilith and the others.
“Do we not need to take care of this place anymore?”
“Yes, we will deal with the enemies in the room, then we will unseal the vampire and kill it.”

Dekan walked to the door of Room 105 and placed his hand on it.

Dekan shouted.
“Never! Dream on, bastard!”
The twin sister screamed from the room.
Though she didn’t want to pay attention to Dekan, her mood was too irritated.
Ever since they entered this Shadow World, everything felt overly bizarre.
She and her sister were both perfect covert members of the Rebirth Church.
When they first realized they had entered a combat-type Shadow World, they were both exhilarated.
She and her sister would undoubtedly become reverse challengers, turning this Shadow World into their hunting ground.
However, strangely enough—
Only her sister turned into a Werewolf, and she did not turn into a Witch.
But this wasn’t a problem.
Regardless of what identity they gained, the ultimate goal of killing people and seizing identity cards would not change!
Even if she was a regular Challenger, she would still help her Werewolf sister hunt down other Challengers.
They even believed their chances of success had increased.
Because there must be some unknown evildoers among the group who obtained the Witch identity and intended to harm the world!
So it should have been originally 2 against 8, but now it’s 3 against 7!
Yet for some unknown reason, this damn Witch refused to show up, leading them to this miserable situation.

Dekan shook his head with regret, stepped back, and gave way.
“Cornelia, go ahead.”

Cornelia, holding the spare Horror War Hammer, went to the door and started smashing it.

Listening to the noise of the hammering, the sister in the room shouted loudly.

With “Bam!”, “Bam!” one sound after another, louder and louder.
She gradually noticed that the thick wooden door started to deform.

Dekan gestured for Cornelia to stop for a moment, then leaned closer to look through the wooden hole at the sister inside.

“Here is Dekan~!”
“No! Why!!!”
The sister screamed wildly, trembling all over like a startled rabbit.
With her eyes wide open, she could only see Dekan’s increasingly arrogant grin through the door.
“Guess who the Witch is?”
Dekan grinned mischievously at the sister who was nearly in tears with despair.
“Why?! Aren’t we supposed to be comrades?”
The sister yelled with all her might, her shrill voice piercing.
She had understood everything.
The person outside the door was the Witch!
He had somehow taken the Witch identity that was supposed to be hers!
Yet he stood against the Werewolves, planning to kill them all off!
That was unfair!!
“Hmph, who says I’m your comrade?”
Dekan sneered.
“I just hypnotized myself into being a world destroyer before entering the Shadow World.”
“Well, plus, I had a higher probability of getting an identity from the evil side, so I got lucky and took the Witch identity that was supposed to be yours.”
