EP.926 Part 2 Chapter 8 Section 11 Justifiable Reasons for Betrayal
<June 24th Night, Office>
After having delightful sex in the basement built with Architect’s help…
“We’ve been focusing too much on sex. It’s about time we start gathering people.”
I gathered magical girls to form a team to rescue ‘Professor.’
“Architect, could you make a model for us?”
“You mean the space leading underground? I’ll have it ready in no time.”
Architect started creating something using a large lump of clay right before our eyes.
Creating architectural models with his special ability wasn’t difficult for him. I pointed at the underground structure within the model he created.
“The location has been identified as this research facility in Daejeon. We will split into two teams: one rescue team to save Professor and another combat team to deal with enemies outside.”
“I have a question, Commander.”
Raon raised her hand first.
“What is the size of the rescue team?”
“It’s three members.”
Rescue team, just three members.
Upon hearing “three,” Raon, Nuri, and Yuna exchanged glances.
“That’s correct. I intend to use the three of you for the rescue team.”
“Is that wise? The enemy known as Tattooist is estimated to be A Rank, after all.”
“With Raon here, what is there to worry about?”
“…Ah, I see.”
The rescue team isn’t three members.
It’s three members + one creature.
“Kim Penril will accompany you. You’re allowed to summon its full strength if necessary.”
“…So we’re just backup?”
Bingo.
Since Raon was chosen as the main force, Nuri unconsciously revealed her dissatisfaction.
She looked surprised after speaking, so quietly that no one noticed.
“Hey, Kim Nuri! What did you say?”
But this was heard by Su Ri, who’s sensitive to insults.
These two, known for their rudeness, began glaring daggers at each other.
“If the boss chose you for the rescue team, you should be grateful. Why are you so dissatisfied?”
“Once you stop talking nonsense. You think being S Rank lets you talk down to everyone now?”
“You’re the one talking nonsense!”
Ah, the story is really starting to unfold.
Nuri didn’t know how to vent her frustration, and her teammates confronted her head-on.
‘Honestly, it’s strange she doesn’t have complaints.’
Even though it’s a game, such situations can happen in real life too.
Some people quickly reach S Rank after losing a few times, while others like Nuri lose over ten times and still haven’t reached B Rank.
If we focus on one person, they could reach S Rank within a month, but since we don’t have only Nuri as a female member, it must be unsettling.
Level up every week.
Anyone who knows the max level is 99 would feel anxious.
‘This is the turning point for Nuri’s S Rank event.’
Will Nuri, spurred by inferiority, reconcile beautifully with her allies and accept her darkness?
Or should we remove Nuri from the rescue team and let her grow normally?
This is the pivotal moment for whether her sealed dark S Rank talent will bloom!
“Honestly, with Penril attached, Raon could handle everything alone, couldn’t she? Or maybe you should go instead.”
“You, you…! Hey, what kind of attitude is that towards your senior!”
“What? You look like a giant cheese chunk anyway.”
“Kim Nuri.”
I approached Nuri.
Partly to mediate the fight, partly because as a commander, Phoenix used to resolve team morale issues caused by Kim Nuri’s complaints quickly.
“Nuri, come here.”
“Huh? Brother, what are you-”
I slipped my hand under Nuri’s armpit, lifted her up, and stripped her skirt and panties off before thrusting inside her.
“Hiiik?!”
In front of everyone – even Architect – I had my way with Nuri.
Surprisingly, despite the situation, Nuri struggled hard to get away.
“What are you saying about your senior? This is the Land of Eastern Propriety.”
“No, not here! Everyone’s watching…”
“Punishment.”
Slap.
I slapped Nuri’s bottom from below.
The slapping sound echoed throughout the office as I walked to the sofa, sitting down with Nuri still in my arms.
“Raon is insurance; you’re the main force. Understand? You’re the star of this operation.”
“Me…?”
“Yes. Do you think I picked the three of you randomly? They’re all people I trust to do their part.”
I pointed at the structure Architect made.
There was a path leading to the lowest level underground, filled with various trash models.
“You don’t want to go in there, do you?”
“Yeah, yeah.”
“So while the combat team deals with enemies outside, we’ll dig a tunnel to get down there.”
I inserted a plastic pipe next to Architect’s clay model.
The transparent pipe burrowed downward like a tunnel, eventually reaching the lowest level.
“We’ll follow the hole Architect made. You’ll lead the way, followed by Yuna, Raon, and me.”
“Why do I have to go first?”
“I decided to use you as the vanguard. If I entrusted everything to Raon, she’d be at the front.”
Nuri didn’t seem convinced.
That’s because there wasn’t a logical reason given for why Nuri should lead.
“Listen carefully, Nuri. The reason you’re going first is…”
In-game, several hints are provided here.
One suggests there’s a space only Nuri can fit through due to Raon’s large chest.
Or a place only Nuri can crawl through ventilation ducts to open doors or operate controls.
Or when exiting, the radar detects only Nuri’s position, making her undetectable by enemies.
Or an enemy villain recognizes Nuri as a fan and betrays Tattooist.
Or a mid-boss enemy, seeing young Nuri fighting for the country, laments their enslaved state and drops their weapon.
“…for that reason. Even without these specifics, you have your own reasons to go first.”
There are many potential reasons, but the conditions presented in the game ultimately don’t matter.
“All the criminals Nuri worked hard to capture, that woman turned them all into her slaves.”
“…What?”
“Villains, you know. Her specialty is brainwashing. Apparently, she either kills or enslaves those Nuri worked hard to arrest.”
One way to ignite Nuri’s determination.
“No way, why is she killing the villains I caught? Does she think she’s a judge?”
“What will you do?”
“…Can I beat her up good?”
Encouraging the ‘Dark Hero’ tendencies in Nuri’s heart.
“Good, good job. Shall we give you a buff and go?”
“…Huh?”
Crunch.
“Auuuugh…!! Moaning in front of everyone… Nooo!!”
I administered the punishment of forced orgasm in front of everyone.
* * *
“Haa, I feel alive.”
After enjoying a half-bath, getting dressed, and putting on her black robe, Tattooist headed to the laboratory.
Similarly, Hikari, who had also taken a half-bath, finished grooming herself and left with Tattooist for the lab.
“Hehe, this is the first time we’re bathing together, isn’t it?”
“Y-yes…”
Hikari obviously showed discomfort, but Tattooist either didn’t understand or simply didn’t care about Hikari’s unease.
“Thanks to you, I found a clue to access ‘it.’ Now, thanks to you, I can become…S Rank.”
Tattooist’s eyes were filled with darkness.
She seemed brimming with confidence, and the small pen she held began dancing freely in the air.
“Now…a true S Rank. Hehe, look at this?”
Whistle, whistle-whistle…
Tattooist whistled while turning her head around.
The floating pen danced skillfully in the air as she extended her index finger, conducting the sinister tune like an orchestra conductor.
“Now…all that’s left is awakening. Once I become S Rank, I can secretly move this pen, then draw a single line on someone’s neck to sever their head. Cool, huh?”
“Y-yes…”
Hikari felt despondent.
If Tattooist gained immense power, this country would fall into corruption beyond control.
Perhaps even the president could become her puppet, bringing the nation to the brink of disaster.
Hikari placed her hope outward.
With no signs of movement outside this isolated location, Hikari could only hope that her signal would be noticed and salvation would arrive.
However…
“Hikari, once I become S Rank and rule this country, my first target will be Japan.”
“Huh?”
“There’s nothing better than national pride. According to your hypothesis, becoming S Rank might allow me to control monsters as well as humans, meaning I wouldn’t need to send people. I’ll control something like Godzilla, have it swim across and attack Tsushima Island first. Then land on the Japanese mainland…”
Click.
Tattooist pointed the pen vertically toward the floor.
“Tokyo’s prime minister personally launching a nuclear strike against the monster. Hehe, sounds fun, doesn’t it? And as a bonus, I’ll target the school where you were bullied.”
“…Thank you.”
“Right? Even I take care of you, don’t I? That’s why I told you my true identity.”
Tattooist, aka Vice President Soyeon of the Korean Hero Association, patted Hikari’s head.
“So let’s work together, okay?”
“……”
“To be honest, I haven’t done anything bad to you, have I? Right? I saved you from being raped, fed you, housed you, and raised you.”
“That’s…true.”
“Exactly. All this because I see you as my little sister. Understand?”
The path of a villainous organization’s henchman or the hero saving the nation and humanity?
Hikari was plunged into anguish between these two paths.
If no one outside notices her signal and this woman reaches S Rank, becoming her right-hand and destroying the world could be an option…
“Ah, almost done. Hehe, I wonder if this infringes on Death Comics’ copyright. Well, Hikari, big sister’s going to sleep. Whistle, whistle-hi-”
Tattooist grabbed the floating pen in the air while whistling.
Watching her leave the lab, Hikari clenched her fists.
“Not DC…”
Hikari nodded heavily.
“Still, justice is the best.”
Beep, beep.
A surveillance camera detected something.
Quickly checking the screen, Hikari smiled slightly and quietly turned off the camera’s power.
