Chapter 121: A Splash Unsettled, Another One Erupts
This scene came out of nowhere. Not only did Xia Yu, the victim, fail to react, but even Jiang Bin, Jiang Kekai, and all the bodyguards of the Jiang Family were caught off guard.

Jiang Bin glanced at his daughter and sighed: “Maybe another time. Xia Yu got shot; I have a lot to deal with.” “Alright, you take care of that.”

After hanging up, Jiang Bin patted Jiang Kekai on the shoulder: “C’mon, since you’re worried about your friend, let’s go to the hospital now.” “Mm.”

The plan went smoothly, and Xia Yu was probably unaware that her first ride in a helicopter turned out like this. Too bad, though—she was unconscious and couldn’t enjoy the beautiful views!
At that moment, the networking came into play. Before the helicopter even reached the hospital rooftop, many authoritative doctors were already there, ready to receive her. Meanwhile, Jiang Bin began calling Wang Wenjuan and Xia Hong, asking where they were and arranging for cars to come get them. He didn’t divulge the specifics; he didn’t dare offer comfort, as Xia Yu was still in surgery, and her condition was still uncertain.
So, Jiang Bin had no choice but to avoid making any guarantees.
As for Jiang Kekai, she stayed with Xia Yu until she was wheeled into the operating room, settling outside to wait.
Outside was eerily quiet, but unbeknownst to them, chaos was unfolding inside the operating room. The b*llet had just been removed from Xia Yu’s body when four men in black masks burst through the back door.

Before the doctor finished his question, one man raced forward and knocked him out cold, and the others followed suit, swiftly taking down the remaining doctors. After sizing up the unconscious Xia Yu on the operating table, the leader of the group asked his companion, “Is she really a young lady from the Jiang family? She doesn’t look quite like her photo.”

But one of the masked men said, “There’s no mistake. She was sent here by the Jiang family’s helicopter. Only Jiang Kekai would get such treatment.”
“Then let’s hurry this up and not get caught!”
One man began wrapping up Xia Yu’s surgical wounds with nearby bandages. After that, they lifted her onto a stretcher and headed out the back door.
Everything went smoothly as they took the elevator to the parking lot. The four men loaded Xia Yu into the trunk and drove off.
The man in the passenger seat peeled off his mask and put on headphones: “Boss, we’ve smoothly extracted Jiang Kekai already.” “Good. Drive directly to the Star Hotel. I’ll be waiting for you there.”
“Understood.”
