The next day.
Night Star Lan rolled out of bed like it was her morning routine.
After exchanging greetings with Eypar, she strutted out the door, determined to check up on the Night Watcher Base.
On the way, she reached out to White Fish, only to find out that she was busy playing nurse in the patient room for her big sister.

White Fish blinked in surprise and broke into an adorable smile.

Night Lan couldn’t help but think White Fish was becoming cuter by the second. She felt an irresistible urge to scoop her up and endlessly pat that little head.

At first glance, the room was empty, save for White Fish’s slender figure peacefully resting on the bed, looking like a quiet sleeping beauty.
Night Lan tiptoed over to the bed and gazed thoughtfully at White Paint’s delicate face.
