A strange figure appeared in front of Night Star and Luo Xiquan—probably the latter’s friend.

Luo Xiquan continued, “She’s actually a social recluse, a super homebody who doesn’t like going out. She enjoys eating, so her shadows bring food back instead.”

Luo Xiquan introduced Ling Lengleng to Night Star, “Leng Leng, this is the girl I recently met, named Night Star. She’s also a star holder like us.”
Hearing this, Ling Lengleng’s shadow nodded silently.
Night Star found this odd until Luo Xiquan explained, “Her shadow can’t speak. They can only nod or shake their heads for communication.”
“Pretty good,” was honest feedback.
For a social recluse, this was ideal. Better than useless small talk anyway.
Compared to Night Star, the girl Ling Lengleng was truly the real deal social recluse!
Wait no, true recluses have few friends. Well, at least she has Luo Xiquan as a friend.
