### Chapter 270: Sitting on an Airplane
Due to their special identities, Jiang Kekai and Xia Yu didn’t have to wait in line like regular passengers. Instead, they walked straight into the station and went directly to the first-class cabin to take their seats. When Xia Yu learned that Jiang Bin and Zhang Yunzhi were going together, she was quite surprised. She never expected that when they arrived at the first-class cabin, Jiang Dong would also be there.
But after thinking carefully, Xia Yu also understood. After all, Sister Little Ning had said that one of their goals was to learn and meet some businesspeople. Jiang Dong, as the heir of the Jiang family, would probably be taken along by Jiang Bin even if he didn’t take Jiang Kekai.
“Little Ning, Little Yu, you guys finally made it. Sit wherever you want; I’ve booked the entire area for us. All seats are available,” Jiang Bin said boldly. Jiang Kekai was not surprised by this. She pulled Xia Yu over to sit next to her parents and older brother, with a walkway between them.
“So, Little Ning, how’s school life lately? Any interesting things happen?”
Parents will always be parents. After Jiang Kekai sat down, Zhang Yunzhi sat on the other side and started chatting with her. They hadn’t seen each other in a long time, after all.

Jiang Kekai stroked Xia Yu’s little head affectionately, helping her tuck in a strand of hair, treating Xia Yu as if she were her wife.

Listening to her parents’ conversation, Jiang Dong kept staring at the curious Xia Yu, wondering if she was really a guy before. It just didn’t look like one!
But since his parents said so, it must be true. He couldn’t stand Xia Yu, not only because Xia Yu had gone through some experiment turning him from a boy into a girl, but also because Xia Yu seemed to be his younger sister’s crush. It was gross!
Thus, Jiang Dong was determined to get rid of this pervert from his sister’s life, no matter the cost. Yes, he couldn’t accept what happened to Xia Yu, even if she was innocent. Whenever Xia Yu looked at him, he would scowl, as if someone owed him five hundred thousand.
The plane began its ascent. This being her first flight, Xia Yu was even more curious about the view outside the window, peeping left and right… just like a curious baby.
Jiang Kekai did not stop her. She remembered her own first flight experience, filled with curiosity. Everyone goes through this transition, right? Xia Yu gradually became tired and started yawning, longing to sleep.
Jiang Kekai summoned an attendant, “Could we have two blankets, please?”
As a first-class customer, the attendant didn’t dare to dilly-dally. Soon, she returned with two fluffy blankets. Jiang Kekai laid one on the seat and covered Xia Yu with the other, letting Xia Yu snuggle up and fall asleep on her lap. They both felt happy. Once Xia Yu fell asleep, Zhang Yunzhi cautiously asked Jiang Kekai, “Ning, have you made your decision? You might face a lot of hardships ahead.” Jiang Kekai nodded, “I know, but I don’t regret it. Because I love her.”
Jiang Bin looked at the adorable sleeping Xia Yu and then at his sensible elder daughter. He wondered how life would be easier if she were a boy. But alas, such wishes were impossible.
Xia Yu was sound asleep, nestling beside Jiang Kekai, feeling cozy and secure—very much so.
When they arrived, Jiang Kekai shook the sleeping Xia Yu gently. Xia Yu woke up groggily, rubbing her eyes, “Little Ning, are we there yet?”
“Yep, it’s almost dawn. If you want to keep sleeping, we can at home. Now we have to leave.” Jiang Kekai pinched Xia Yu’s cheeks.
With some pep in her step, Xia Yu joined Jiang Kekai in retrieving their luggage and then left with Jiang Bin, Zhang Yunzhi, and at last Jiang Dong. The Jiangs had everything arranged perfectly, and upon exiting the terminal, they met up with their bodyguards ready to pick them up.
Then, Xia Yu and Jiang Kekai got back into the car.
Xia Yu and Jiang Kekai rode in one car, Jiang Bin and Zhang Yunzhi in another, while Jiang Dong had his own, a bit sadly.
“Little Ning, where are we going now?”
“Home.”
“Ah? We have a home here?”
Cute Xia Yu was somewhat surprised.
“Yes, sure. But we’ll be staying with my parents and brother. Little Yu, if you don’t like it, I can get you another house. We can live there afterward.”
