It was late at night, and Xia Yu, used to early bedtimes under the supervision of Jiang Kekai, found herself yawning. It was so cute, especially when she snuggled up to Sister Little Ning and played games comfortably, making her super sleepy.

Sitting on the soft princess bed, Xia Yu couldn’t help but grumble a bit. But she genuinely cared about her sister Little Ning.
Xia Yu was worried about propriety. If she went back to sleep early, Little Ning would have to follow, leaving all these other people alone. That wouldn’t be very nice or polite.

“Like you, of course! I’m not an idiot, ya know? Almost through elementary school!”
Seeing Xia Yu like this made Jiang Kekai want to laugh even more because she saw Xia Yu as a big softy who’d fall for tricks easily.
“But you need to be outstanding,” Jiang Kekai continued with a grin. “Don’t be someone who’s half full—shake around all the time. It’s self-defeating and can lead to arrogance, like half-baked adults.”
Xia Yu guessed Jiang Kekai’s meaning. “So, little Ning Ning wants me to grow up?”

“Then why?”

Jiang Kekai held Xia Yu close, feeling the girl was still clueless. “Don’t worry, I’ll stay with you! This isn’t something you can handle alone.”
Xia Yu nodded earnestly. “Okay, I’ll try my best.”
“That’s my smart Xia Yu.”
Without any distractions, Jiang Kekai wrapped her arms around Xia Yu tightly.
It took some time, and once calm, they kept chatting:
