Using this pause, another girl emerged from the other side of the car.
This young girl had bandages wrapped around her right wrist and ankle. She limped slowly with one crutch, half-closing her left eye; her right was hidden by a white eye patch. The attendants seemed familiar with her, tolerating her limp and appearance.
