Chapter 37: Finishing Up the Dress-Up
“Ahh? Are you really gonna make me do this?” Xia Yu stared at the undergarments Xia Ling tossed at her, feeling utterly conflicted. Wearing these things in front of Xia Ling… it was kinda embarrassing.
“Uh-huh, if your Little Sister doesn’t put them on, no red envelope for you~” Said Xia Jing as she wagged a red envelope in front of Xia Yu’s face.
Looking at the bulging envelope in Xia Ling’s hand, Xia Yu guessed that there must be a lot of money inside. It wasn’t long before she felt a flutter of excitement.
Grinding her teeth, Xia Yu thought, since she already has to wear girl’s clothes outside, wearing these should be about the same, right? No one will know! So, with some embarrassment, Xia Yu changed into the undergarments Xia Ling had given her…
Watching the bashful Xia Yu on the bed, Xia Ling was quite pleased. This made Xia Yu even more like the younger sister she always wanted. She then picked up a pair of fishnet stockings and asked Xia Yu, “Little Sister, which color do you prefer?”
How could Xia Yu respond to this? Even if she did have a preference, it was far too embarrassing to say out loud. So she shyly passed the responsibility back to Xia Ling, “Umm… You can choose for me.”
“Do you want me to pick for you, Little Sister? If so, you can wear this one.” Said Xia Ling as she held up a pair of white fishnets because, let’s be honest, those little legs were just too cute.
So, obediently, Xia Yu put on the white fishnets, followed by the girls’ shirt, knitted sweater, and pink puffer coat that Xia Ling handed over…
And lastly, they needed shoes. After all, from head to toe, they couldn’t forget about some cute footwear, right?
While dressing Xia Yu, Xia Ling had already planned out what shoes would go best. As Xia Yu was almost done getting dressed, Xia Ling made her wait on the princess bed.
Before long, Xia Jing found a pair of pink Mary Janes with white stripes. These matched the style of Xia Yu’s current shoes and would keep her ankles warm and stylish.
“Little Sister, stretch out your foot, let me tie these cute shoes for you~”

Now thoroughly transformed into an adorable girl, Xia Yu looked herself over. Although Xia Ling had done an excellent job, she still felt something was missing.
So Xia Ling replaced Xia Yu’s black hairband with a colorful one adorned with little wings, topped off with several cute smaller clips…
Xia Yu allowed Xia Ling to play around with her, partly because she didn’t really care anymore. She was already dressed like this; what difference could a few hair accessories make?
