Chapter 6 – Almost Revealing a Secret
Since the last grand performance.
The format of such performances had become more straightforward.

This was the result of various discussions among the troupe members afterwards.
Therefore, this grand performance should also have only one program, simple yet immensely shocking to capture the audience’s heart and leave a lasting impression. That’s what a grand performance is about.
If the last theme was an opera, then this time it should change things up a bit.
Perhaps it could be a stage play, some singing, or maybe a magic show.

“Well, let’s discuss with the group leader tomorrow. Tonight, let’s all get some rest.”
Seeing that Ye Xing wanted to postpone the discussion until the next day, Wu Tù again shifted the topic.
“This grand performance will be over soon, and we’ll probably move to another city next. What do you think, which place will it be?”

Although she hated admitting it, she couldn’t control the entire Rising Sun Theater at the moment.

As the number of eclipses within the theater increased, their eclipse aura was altering everything here.

Wu Tù shook her head.
Since Ye Xing had given up, she might as well do the same.
Would the Rising Sun Theater actually turn on her?
As long as they didn’t end up in a strange place, there was nothing to worry about.
Then, Ye Xing seemed to feel drowsy.
“Ugh… I’m going to bed first. If you have any questions, take your time thinking about them; see you tomorrow~”
With that, Ye Xing left the Rising Sun Theater and returned to the Fish Playing House.
Bái Yú wasn’t asleep yet; she was waiting for Ye Lan to come back with Ye Xing.
As soon as Ye Xing got back to the Fish Playing House, Ye Lan eagerly suggested, “Let’s take a bath together!”
Usually, it was just Ye Xing and Ye Lan bathing together, but now there was a little loli added into the mix. This created a completely new experience.
Bathing together was also a way to strengthen bonds; Ye Lan, someone who enjoyed cuddles, didn’t want to miss this opportunity.

Ye Lan showed a happy smile and went to open the wardrobe.

Yè Xīng, sitting beside her, also saw Bái Yú glancing at Ye Lan’s side.
“What are you looking at, Bái Yú?”

Both Ye Lan and Yè Xīng froze like statues.
Ye Lan guessed what Bái Yú might have seen.
That’s because she hadn’t cleaned the old clothes in the wardrobe!
All of Yè Xīng and Ye Lan’s clothes were mixed together with the old ones, seeming to belong to different people.
Ye Lan had initially thought about organizing them but forgot because of slacking off.
“Uh… Bái Yú, can you pretend you didn’t see that?”
“Is this a secret?”

She almost revealed their biggest secret.

Fortunately, Bái Yú was considerate and obedient, or else Ye Lan wouldn’t know how to explain it.
Just in case, she’d clear everything up once Bái Yú left.

Yè Xīng affectionately pulled Bái Yú towards her and headed to the bathroom.

She felt like she was being eaten alive by them.
