### Chapter 3: Situation Report
Night Lan strolled into Zero Meow’s lounge, only to find all the little Lolis had already gathered.
White Fish and the others were there.
“Hey, hey, hey! I’m back!”
Night Lan plopped down beside White Fish, looking as cheerful as a kid in a candy store.
Star Yoon, Neko Shinna, and White Fish didn’t seem too surprised. It was clear they had already gotten the scoop from Zero Meow about Night Lan’s return.
Neko Shinna flashed a cute, innocent smile.
“Have you had breakfast yet, Night Lan?”
“Um, not yet.”
“Then let me whip you something up!”
“Hehe~ Thanks, Shinna~”
Night Lan felt an overwhelming wave of happiness.
Every morning, having an adorable Loli make delicious breakfast? Now that was the dream life for any Loli enthusiast!
As Neko Shinna bounded off to the kitchen, White Fish piped up next to Night Lan.

The three little Lolis—Zero Meow, Star Yoon, and White Fish—pondered, having no clue about this city. With so many cities in Huaxia, it made total sense they wouldn’t know all of them.

Zero Meow plopped down next to Night Lan, opened her electronic screen, and typed “Pinghaishi” into the search bar.
In an instant, an avalanche of information about Pinghaishi popped up, jumbled together like a soup of words, making everyone’s eyes do a little dance.
“Let’s take it step by step.”
Night Lan began to absorb the info about Pinghaishi like a sponge. After all, she had no clue what the city was like—better to familiarize herself with it!
Knowing its highlights would surely help her have a blast there.

Meanwhile, Mo Tu was wandering into the Night Watcher Base, sporting a nostalgic look.
After nearly a month away, even if this place was just as drab as ever, it was still his workplace. Being absent for so long made him miss it just a tad.
Not bad to be back.
Living in this quiet and peaceful spot wasn’t such a terrible thing.
Mo Tu had a mental backlog of information to tidy up—kind of like defragmenting a hard drive full of digital junk. He had gathered way too much data lately, each event more monumental than the last, and it was piling up.
If he didn’t process it soon, his brain might start running on low battery.
And Mo Tu had no intention of turning into a dim-witted Loli.
Dropping out of his pensive state, Mo Tu marched straight to the reception room, planning to have a long-overdue chat with a certain so-called boss.
After a little while, he arrived at the spot and waited for his contact to show up.
A few minutes later, the person he was waiting for strolled in.
“Mo Tu! It’s been a month and you still look the same!”
“Pretty much. I almost lost my masculinity thanks to someone’s efforts.”
“What?”
Xiao Jin’s brows furrowed in confusion, his pupils shaking like jelly, looking utterly stunned.
“Did you just drop a bombshell in the most casual tone ever?”

At this, Xiao Jin sat across from Mo Tu, all serious now.
“Spill it. Tell me everything that’s gone down in the Free Country this past month.”
The Free Country had undercover Night Watchers, especially in the Order of Sequence, where there were also Night Watchers lurking about. Almost every official faction had its share of spies.
All for the sake of preventing any potential civilization-ending disasters from the upper-ups in the Free Country.
They were quite good at that!
Diseases and widespread infections had been reported in the past, and there was a strong chance they originated from the Free Country.
To be safe, it was only natural to have a few spies tucked away in enemy territory for peace of mind.
But even with all that, Night Watchers couldn’t keep tabs on everything happening in the Free Country.
Like the recent incident with Waltonka dropping dark feathers from the skies—straight out of a nightmare of Star Eclipses.
That was clearly the work of the theater group leader.
Several undercover agents had reported it immediately, and the buzz spread quickly through the Night Watcher network.
This kind of thing had never happened in Huaxia before.
Maybe the enemy was just hiding their strength—or maybe the theater group leader was in deep water.
Either way, it warranted a closer look.
Something shocking must have gone down during that time.
But Xiao Jin never expected the news to be even more explosive than he thought.
Mo Tu dropped a casual hint.
“Basically, Waltonka had three Supernova Star Eclipses targeting the audience performers. The theater group leader got pretty enraged and went on a rampage, so that’s the gist of it.”
Xiao Jin’s expression froze.
“Did you just casually reveal something earth-shattering?”
Now Xiao Jin was all ears, not about to overlook any details.
Even without specifics from Mo Tu, he could sense how monumental this situation was!
