Night Star was utterly shocked.

He actually wants to cut down the theater group leader?
Of course, Night Sky’s method wasn’t entirely bad.
The toughest part now was catching the theater group leader with both temporal abilities and Kuro’s powers.
If we could get the leader to chill out in the Rising Sun Theater Group, then there would be more time to find a proper solution.
Constantly on the run was just too troublesome.
It would only make things worse.
If someone could really half-k*ll the crazy theater group leader, then maybe he’d shut up.
But the big question is, can Night Sky do it?
Or will she get counter-killed?
Night Star started getting worried.
And it wouldn’t be right to drag Night Sky and crew into trouble.
They were only recently acquainted friends after all.
Night Star hesitated, thinking of refusing Night Sky’s help again so as not to get tangled up in this mess.
But Night Sky saw through her thoughts quickly and immediately interrupted her.
“Refusing? This isn’t meddling, okay? You look so troubled, and your lack of confidence is making my head hurt. It says something if you guys can’t handle your theater group leader. Don’t tell me about some trump card; if it worked, you wouldn’t look so miserable. It means using that card comes at a heavy cost. Is this about self-detonation?”
“Ah…what?”
Night Star froze for a moment, averting her gaze while awkwardly scratching her head.
“But you have no reason to get involved in such a mess. Didn’t you say you’re retired and living a lazy life…?”
“Who said there’s no reason? First, you’re my friend, and friends’ problems are mine. Second, our Zero-Style Nightfall is here to protect the world. Given the threat from the theater group leader, we have good reason to intervene. Third, I’m bored and looking for something to do. That should be enough, right?”
Night Sky meant every word, without any hidden agenda.
Upon reflection…
This didn’t seem like meddling.
During her dinner and viewing session, Night Sky realized something.
It was her world, her turf.
She was the ultimate Ability User here, who had defeated the ender of an entire universe and saved another one.
If outsiders messed with her turf, she couldn’t just sit back.
Naturally, helping the troubled Night Star Lan was her main goal, or else, she wouldn’t bother.
“So, let us help you. Dragging it out isn’t going to be good.”
Night Sky stared at Night Star firmly, and for a moment, the atmosphere grew quiet between them.
Night Star sighed.
“Then please help. Sorry, I’m not entirely confident that we’ll solve this, but thank you.”
Night Sky smiled brightly.
“That’s the spirit. I’m the cheerful Three-Good-Ninjas-Loli willing to lend a hand to friends in need.”
Kaguya chimed in with a sarcastic remark.
“If only Night Star weren’t such a cute little Loli, you wouldn’t be so fired up, Night Sky.”
“Don’t say it like that! Just because someone looks cute isn’t my fault, you know.”
Sometimes friendship truly is a bizarre thing.
Night Sky found herself getting along very well with Night Star Lan.
It wasn’t just similar experiences; they shared common interests, too. Their personalities meshed perfectly.
Night Sky couldn’t bring herself to dislike anything about her. She wanted their friendship to grow even stronger, like the buddies she had with Kaguya, Nene, Little Dream, Yuxi, and Chenxi.
Night Star sensed Night Sky’s warm-heartedness and tried to get used to it.
“Uh…if you want to face the theater group leader, do you have any solid plan?”
Night Star asked.
Night Sky thought about it.
“More or less… go over there and fight it out.”
“d*mn, seriously?”
“There’s no other way! We dealt with the Mist Hidden Beast the same way before.”
Mo Rabbit agreed.
Knowing the history of this world, she understood that solving problems involved direct combat rather than puzzle-solving or mental torture.
Night Sky’s team had extremely violent abilities, nearly matching nukes.
Fighting the leader was pretty much a given.
The outcome was uncertain though.
Night Sky noticed her worry and patted her shoulder.
“Don’t stress. My capabilities top out below your wish machine, but I’m still a max-level player. Plus, I’ve got a few other max-level buddies. Even if we can’t win, we can always retreat safely. Just trust in us.”
Night Star hesitantly gave in.
“Okay, if things go south, remember to mention my name to the theater group leader. He might spare you… maybe.”
Back then, the former theater group leader respected the audience performers very much, treating them kindly whenever possible.
But the current one?
Who knows.
Night Sky pouted, then playfully tugged at Night Star’s cheek.
“You’re already cursing us being counter-killed? Even if you support him, don’t show it so obviously!”
“Gah! Sorry!”
Reluctantly, Night Sky let go of Night Star’s soft face.
“I enjoyed that. How about staying one body behind when we return to the original world sometime? After all, you’ve got two bodies, right? Should be fine, shouldn’t it?”
Night Star crossed her hands.
“No way!”
“Such a small fry…”
“It’s not about being small—frankly, you’re making it sound like I’m giving you away! And that’s forbidden!”
Don’t joke about it.
Night Star and Night Lan were inseparable.
Her pillow was solely hers.
She even wanted the chance to turn Night Lan into an elf girl for fun.
No way would they ever separate.
After chatting, the groups returned to the seaside villa.
Now, the theater members didn’t need to tirelessly hunt for the theater group leader.
From now on, it was up to Night Sky and her gang.
With guardian info aiding, they’d surely find him faster.
As for handling the theater group leader’s time-space powers, well, that was up to their skills.
Inside the theater, the members all gathered around watching Night Star Lan closely.
“Should we really leave the theater group leader’s issues to Night Sky and her crew?”
“I think so…they seem strong, maybe fifty-fifty?”
Night Star Lan sounded unsure.
Anyway, she was ready to use wishes to resurrect the team if needed.
Seeing Luo Xi’s amazing performance earlier, Origin Kuro’s powers were likely equally overpowered.
