The Night Watcher Yan Que had just forcefully disassembled the Noble Lady and knocked out the assimilated Night Watcher before making his exit.
The cleanup was left to the logistics team.
With Lan Feng Su Yu’s head seriously injured, Night Star had to abandon the plan to search for Lianhua today and return with the injured.

Mo Yu stared at the bandage on Lan Feng Su Yu’s head and couldn’t hold back his laughter.

Night Lan and Night Star were staring at four puppets laid out before them, pondering their identities.

That was retrieved by the super scary fish-eyed uncle Yao Can.
When Night Lan finally had the nerve to ask Yao Can for the villager back, she had already prepared herself for the worst.
However, to Night Lan’s surprise, Yao Can didn’t say much and just handed the villager over to her.
What a relief!
Looks like Uncle Yao Can isn’t so scary after all.
“Now to return all these to Lianhua, but we still haven’t found her… Boo~ so frustrating…”
Night Star felt downcast, resting her head on Night Lan’s lap.
Night Lan patted Night Star’s hair, mirroring her gloomy expression.
“It’s been three days already, and we still have no progress. I just wish we could find her by tomorrow.”
Sadly, wishes don’t always come true.
Tomorrow might bring no results again, and scouring the entire city would be really difficult with just a handful of Night Watchers.
