Chapter 11: Broken Defense
Night Lan suddenly felt curious about Loli Rabbit’s reaction upon seeing all of her derivative works.
“What kind of amusing expressions would Loli Rabbit make if she were here?”
So, Night Lan summoned Loli Rabbit using the Wish Machine and brought her right beside him.
In the blink of an eye.
A petite black-haired figure appeared in the Fish Playing House, which was none other than the announcer from the Rising Sun Theater Group.
Loli Rabbit calmly surveyed the scene, taking in Night Lan, Night Sky, and the image on the large screen nearby. In that instant, she got it.
“Hmph.”
She let out a cold chuckle.
Night Lan, full of anticipation, asked, “Loli Rabbit, you’re not busy now, right?”
“I’m indeed free.”
“See, I just wanted to ask you one question about the support you get online. What do you think about it?”
“Joy.”
Loli Rabbit giggled lightly, showing no particular reaction, as if floating effortlessly through the clouds.
Night Lan was somewhat unsatisfied.
“Ahh, I thought you’d have some interesting reaction. This is too mundane.”
Loli Rabbit casually sat down somewhere, unaffected by Night Lan’s antics.
“Do you think I’d react with anger, embarrassment, or outrage? That’s impossible. Emotions like that can’t be triggered just because of trivial matters. I’ll just laugh these things off.”
Time had passed so much and Loli Rabbit had dealt with many of Night Lan’s pranks. Her psychological fortitude was beyond celestial.
Even her daft cousin thinking this could break her defenses was utterly absurd. She wasn’t that naive.
No matter how loudly Mo Qianmeng acted, Loli Rabbit merely found amusement, embracing her laziness completely.
She never claimed to be normal anyway.
Night Lan sighed disappointedly.
“Now I wonder if I should wish for a personality tweak. At least, to make you slightly more normal. Then this would be a lot more entertaining.”
The Wish Machine could easily accomplish such tasks.
Since the beginning, Loli Rabbit had been entertaining because of her peculiar personality. Now she had reached a state of indifference, nearly immune to embarrassment.
If this went on, nothing could break her composure, thus robbing anyone of fun.
But making her normal would be different.
A normal person would at least have a sense of shame. Loli Rabbit’s current state was far from ideal.
If her personality got corrected, she might become even more fun.
At this point, Night Lan gave her a dangerous glance.
“So, what do you think, adorable Loli Rabbit?”
Loli Rabbit’s face twitched. Her joy vanished instantly.
“I advise you to act like a decent person. Don’t take things too far. This time, I’ll accept my defeat.”
Night Lan couldn’t help but laugh; she seemed like a playful little demon.
“You know, I expected you to keep laughing. That response makes sense.”
Loli Rabbit stared at her blankly.
“I hope never to hear such remarks again from you. That’s really terrifying.”
Night Lan smiled mischievously.
“It depends on my mood~”
Internally, Loli Rabbit sighed.
Dealing with such a terrifying boss was truly a headache.
If this were any other ordinary person, they wouldn’t survive her pranks.
She always knew just what to say to break someone’s mental defenses.
Night Lan suddenly recalled something.
“Oh right, your cousin seems to know your real identity!”
“Who else could it be?”
Loli Rabbit glared at her, barely restraining.
Night Lan ignored her grievances.
“Did you meet her?”
“No, I blocked her. Even if she comes to Yun Chang City, I’d hide from her.”
Loli Rabbit’s resolution was simple yet effective.
Even if Mo Qianmeng had proof against her, she remained unfazed.
The reliable announcer always devised ways to escape unscathed, never falling into traps.
Night Lan exclaimed in disappointment.

Seeing Loli Rabbit suffer was something Night Lan would definitely enjoy.

“It’s troublesome. If I show up in front of her, she’ll put me in a painting with the star, Stars. Thanks to her interest in my current appearance, I won’t give her the chance.”
Night Lan retorted.
“Don’t tell me you fear your cousin now!”
“I’m trying to avoid trouble, not fear. Only your weird thoughts can elicit such feelings.”
“What, you’re starting to sound like a fiend! Am I really that scary?”
“A real fiend doesn’t hold such power. You underestimate yourself seriously.”
That was true.
Fiends in traditional stories were harmless. They offered deals in exchange for souls, rarely causing much disruption.
But Not Star Lan was different.
She was capable of becoming a Demon King. Once she crossed her lines, nothing could stop her.
Fortunately, she was just a laid-back loli obsessed with fishing and girls’ company, easily appeasing her desires. Thus, she posed no threat to the world order.
Only if the end of the world happened again would she stand any chance.
Night Lan decided she had said enough with Loli Rabbit.
Successfully breaking her defense counted as success.
Since Loli Rabbit didn’t care about online happenings anyway, nothing interesting was left.
Thankfully, she wasn’t crazy enough to force her personality change.
“Time to head back now. Back to where you came from~”
In the next second.
Loli Rabbit’s shape vanished.
Not by using the stars, but due to Night Lan’s casual transport.
Like tossing something back after use.
Night Sky, who had been watching the spectacle, voiced his opinion.
“To be honest, I admire Loli Rabbit. Surviving your torture, she must be a really tough girl.”
“If she were weak, I wouldn’t torment her so much.”
Getting back on track.
Enough laughter had been extracted from Loli Rabbit.
When opportunity knocks, Night Lan plans to consult Mo Qianmeng in Qi Yuan City about tormenting the loli entertainment machine.
