So, naturally, the rogue monsters ordered their minions to hide in the corners behind the big door, just waiting for her to waltz in so they could swarm her from all sides. All they needed was to score a scratch on her skin, and before you could say “infected,” she’d be just like them!

Cold Moon fretted, “At this rate, it won’t be long before floods break out everywhere. If the rain keeps at it, the entire continent could drown.”
Luo Ying chimed in, “Good thing our commander thought ahead and prepared the fortress for this. Even if the water rises above the horizon by three to four meters, we’ll be just fine.”
At first, people didn’t get why the entrance to the Sky Tower was protected within the fortress. It seemed like a waste of materials, jacking up costs by at least twenty percent.
But now? They couldn’t help but admire Cold Moon Great King’s foresight.
