Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You – Chapter 287

98 The Soul of Fun

Moon was sprawled out on her bed, her little tail dangling over the edge and swaying back and forth like it was bored out of its mind.

The silly tuft of hair on her head drooped down, looking just as tired as she felt.

“Second Sister, stop playing dead! Mom and Dad are back!” Little Light called from the balcony.

At the mention of her parents, Moon perked up right away.

She did a acrobatic flip off the bed and scampered over with her short little legs, rushing to the railing.

But when she peered down and saw Mom and Dad all cuddly and hand-in-hand down below, her hope instantly fizzled out.

“Ah~ Just look at them, they’re too busy for Moon. Seriously… Do Mom and Dad not love Moon anymore?” Moon puffed her cheeks out in a huff.

Noia walked up next to her and patted her head, “Don’t say that. Mom and Dad haven’t seen each other in a while, so let them have some alone time, okay?”

“Hmm…”

Moon’s tuft of hair twitched slightly, and suddenly, like she had a big idea, it shot up straight, “Oh right, Sister! Remember that kiss war we planned at the beach to make Mom and Dad kiss?”

Noia thought for a moment.

Sure enough, during their previous beach trip, the sisters had speculated that kissing might make Mom pregnant, so they devised a little plan where Dad would give Mom mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, leading to a small comedy show.

Sure, Dad had smacked their butts afterwards, but it was quite the adventure!

“Remember, so what?”

“But it’s been so long, and Mom’s belly is still flat as a pancake,” Moon protested, “There’s no sign of pregnancy at all.”

She recalled how Mom’s belly had started growing slowly when she was pregnant with Little Light.

“So… you’re not still hoping for another little sister, are you?” Noia asked.

Moon bounced excitedly, nodding her head, “Mm-hmm!”

Little Light was stuck in the middle, looking up at Noia, then Moon, and asked seriously, “Hey, Second Sister, did I just lose my novelty because I’m barely over a year old?”

Moon wrapped her arms around Little Light, “How could that be! Little Light is my favorite!”

“Then why do you want another little sister?”

“Well… the more, the merrier, right? The more, the merrier!”

She snuggled against Little Light’s soft face like she was nuzzling an adorable kitten.

Little Light let her sister cuddle her and turned to Noia, “So, big sister, are you going to keep this kiss war plan going?”

Noia stroked her chin, analyzing seriously, “Hmm… Dad’s been feeling under the weather lately, so he probably can’t teach me any new magic. Since he’s free anyway… we could restart that operation!”

Little Light blinked, “So your plan is, just by making Mom and Dad kiss, Mom can have us a new little sister or brother, right?”

“Exactly! Little Light, you’re so smart!” Moon exclaimed.

Little Light smiled broadly but didn’t reply.

Who told these two sisters that kissing could help you get pregnant anyway?

Creating life is obviously a much more complex process!

Don’t underestimate me, I understand a thing or two.

Though she wasn’t sure what this “more complex process” entailed exactly, she was positive it wasn’t just a kiss away.

But…

Little Light sneakily eyed her two sisters.

Noia looked like she was “just wasting time with her sisters,” while Moon was all “Yay! I’m getting a new little sister soon!”

Neither of them seemed to realize that even if their kiss war succeeded, Mom still wouldn’t magically be pregnant.

So…

Little Light’s lips curled up slightly.

Time to act like I don’t know anything!

Getting Mom and Dad to kiss has to be way more fun than explaining the birds and the bees to my two sisters!

“Little Light, what are you giggling about?” Moon suddenly asked.

“Uh? Oh… I just remembered something happy,” Little Light replied.

“What happy thing?”

“Um, umm, I’m about to get a new little sister, yay!”

Moon squeezed Little Light tightly again, rubbing her cheek, “Looks like Little Light wants a new sister too, right?”

“Right, right, Second Sister.”

Little Light couldn’t wait to ask, “When do we start? Do we have a specific plan?”

Back at the beach, Little Light hadn’t been old enough to join in on the big sisters’ kiss war.

But now that she had awakened her fun-loving spirit, she was all in to see the plan succeed!

“Uh… no specific plan yet,” Moon said, her head drooping with a hint of disappointment.

But Noia piped up from the side, “I actually have a plan, but it requires both of you to cooperate.”

“Really, sister? Awesome!” Moon’s mood flipped in a second.

Little Light could barely contain her smile, “Happy to help, big sister!”

After dinner, Moon dragged Leon to the Holy Temple’s back garden.

Once they got there, Leon discovered Roswiser had also been brought over by Noia.

Originally, the couple planned to each tackle their to-do lists after dinner.

Roswiser wanted to connect with Anna and check on the progress of gathering the clan members;

Leon was thinking of concocting some healing potions for Roswiser.

But before they could kick off their plans, the daughters had whisked them away.

They claimed they wanted to play some family games!

The couple exchanged glances, then nodded in unison.

It was rare for their daughters to be this enthusiastic, and their tasks weren’t urgent, so it was fine to take a little break.

The family of five sat cross-legged on the grass, and Noia pulled out a box of chocolate sticks from her pocket.

She took out one and began explaining the game rules,

“The rules are simple. Everyone uses their mouths to hold one end of the chocolate stick, like this.”

Saying so, Noia bit one end of the chocolate stick, then turned and leaned towards Moon, her mouth full of chocolate but speaking clearly,

“Then, you pass it to the person on your left, who will bite the other end.”

“With that, the chocolate stick will snap in half, then you pass it to the next person on the left. And so on and so forth.”

“Until someone can’t snap the chocolate stick anymore, that person loses.”

“And for the loser’s punishment… it’s either truth or dare, your pick.”

“Any questions, Mom and Dad?”

The couple shook their heads, signaling no issues.

“Great, let’s get started then!”

Noia switched to another chocolate stick, bit into it, and passed it to Moon.

Moon bit down on another end, snapped the chocolate stick in half, then turned and passed it to Little Light.

Little Light was onto something.

If everyone kept snapping it in half, there’s no way to control its length by the time it got to Mom and Dad.

So, to ensure those two got the chance to kiss, Little Light’s brain was racing, and she opened her mouth, biting off a small segment of the chocolate.

Leon and Roswiser didn’t mind considering the rules with a little kid.

After all, it was a family game, and taking the rules too seriously would just ruin the fun.

So, Little Light held the precisely-sized chocolate stick in front of Roswiser, “Mom, your turn!” The chocolate stick wiggled in her mouth.

Roswiser caught onto Little Light’s intentions—well, based on the game rules, not the underlying ‘kiss war’ scheme.

She thought Little Light intentionally broke it into a little piece just to create a loser’s dilemma between her and Leon.

Clever little rascal.

Roswiser smiled and leaned closer.

Mom’s warm breath gently brushed over Little Light’s face, it was sweet and delightful.

As Mom got closer, Little Light leaned forward too.

However, Roswiser didn’t grab the chocolate stick from her daughter’s mouth.

Instead, she leaned in and gently kissed Little Light’s cheek, whispering,

“You little rascal.”

Little Light blushed, her tail slightly perked up, “Hurry, hand it over, Mom!”

Oh wow, Mother Dragon! Who knew you were as smooth with your daughter as you are with your husband?

Leon quietly watched the scene unfold while his inner monologue grumbled, “Hey, why don’t you just pass the throne to me? I can handle the Silver Dragon Clan, and you can go play with the kids!”

Roswiser chuckled, took the chocolate stick from Little Light, then turned to Leon.

Leon looked at the chocolate stick length in Roswiser’s mouth, barely hanging out.

Trying to grab that stick under such conditions meant a very high chance of kissing that mother dragon…

General Leon hesitated.

Meanwhile, Moon was pumped, fists clenched tight, eyes glued to the scene.

“Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Come on, baby sibling!”

Roswiser looked at Leon with an enticing smile.

She relished every challenge with him.

As long as she could make the strongest Dragon Slayer falter, she would conquer, whether it was a chocolate stick or even a steel bar!

After all, queen’s lips are very tough~
