## Chapter 60: Master Lei
After reassuring Moon a bit, the maid took her back.
Leon trailed behind them.
When he reached Noia’s side, he stopped in his tracks.
Because Noia was staring right at him.
Clearly, she had something to say.
The father and daughter exchanged glances, one tall and one short, before Noia finally spoke up, “Next time you go out alone, remember to let us know.”
She paused for a moment and added, “Moon will worry about you.”
If you had inherited just a smidge of your mom’s stubbornness, you wouldn’t be so hardheaded.
Leon chuckled helplessly and nodded, “Okay, sorry for making—you know, making Moon worry.”
Noia sniffled, letting out a sigh of relief, “And I… I owe you an apology too.”
“Huh? Why?”
“When I couldn’t find you today, I thought you… you were abandoning us.”
Noia said, “I’m sorry for not trusting you on this.”
Mature kids always take it upon themselves to carry their own weight in responsibility and fault.
Even if she didn’t say it, this mistake would go unnoticed by anyone else.
Leon smiled reassuringly, squatting down to meet Noia eye to eye.
He understood his eldest daughter’s heart; she craved affection and love but was afraid to take that crucial step.
He couldn’t promise Noia anything with those shallow “I swear” or “I guarantee” lines.
Noia wouldn’t fall for that nonsense easily.
All he could do was prove through his actions that he was a good dad slowly.
Leon reached out and patted Noia on the head, not dwelling on that topic any longer, just reminding her, “You have to return to the Academy tomorrow morning, so don’t stay up too late.”
After everything was sorted, Leon returned to Roswiser’s room.
Mother Dragon still showed no signs of waking up.
Leon sat down on the chair by the bed, crossed his legs, brushed some dust off his pant leg, and sighed.
“Ah, you have no idea how filial our daughter is. I hope you get to enjoy this filial piety too.”
In response, he was met with Roswiser’s steady breathing.
Her breath had a slightly greater amplitude than yesterday.
Leon noticed this and reached out to feel her pulse.
Sure enough, it was stronger than the previous day.
“Just as you’d expect from the Dragon King’s body; the recovery speed is impressive.”
As he marveled at this, Leon’s gaze on Roswiser sharpened somewhat.
It was as if a lion was slowly approaching its prey—
Well, before the actual hunt, he needed to clean the prey up a bit.
Leon decided to take on the challenge of giving Roswiser a sponge bath once more.
He simply wouldn’t believe his Dragon Slayer heart would turn into lustful intent!
He filled a basin with warm water, dampened a towel, and stood by the bed, taking a few deep breaths.
“Alright, here we go! This time I absolutely won’t fail!”
His determination didn’t feel like it was his first time giving a girl a bath;
It felt more like it was a chef trying to flip a pan for the first time.
He lifted the cover—
Oops, I mean pulled the blanket aside.
Roswiser’s slender figure was now exposed to his view.
Mother Dragon had a dark side, sure, and they were in a bit of a hostile relationship.
But… this body was so perfect it belonged in a museum.
And art knows no borders.
Leon didn’t linger too long to admire the view because, honestly, he didn’t really understand art.
Plus, he worried that this “art” might shake his resolve, which would really be a mess.
He quickly pulled down Roswiser’s spaghetti-strap nightgown.
With a flushed face, he started wiping her down under the soft moonlight, beginning from her jaw and neck, going slowly downward.
She was a clean freak, always taking a bath daily.
But after being in a coma for two days, Leon had only washed her face and hands and feet, feeling quite awkward about giving her a full-body scrub due to that little matter between the genders.
Letting it all hang out was one thing, but a detailed scrub was entirely different, you know?
If he could, Leon would even don the Black Gold Battle Armor to wash this Mother Dragon.
The vibe would just be right!
A Dragon Slayer should fully equip themselves to face off against a Mother Dragon!—
Actually, it just meant wearing a helmet to hide his blushing face.
(Black Gold Battle Armor: Foodie!)
Wait a minute—
It suddenly hit Leon.
If he didn’t have a helmet, using something else to cover his eyes would do the trick!
Like that tale of the bell thief!
Without hesitation, Leon grabbed a strip of cloth and tied it over his eyes.
And he had practiced blindfolded combat back in the Academy, relying on his incredibly sensitive touch to win first place.
So, blindfolded “massage” should be a breeze, right?
But in reality, having too sensitive a touch isn’t always a blessing…
The warm towel brushed over Roswiser’s chest, and the sensations from plains to mountains were completely different.
Leon’s face turned beet red, and his hands began to tremble slightly.
It turned out that covering his eyes heightened his other senses.
Heightened to the point where he thought he even started hearing things.
“Master Leon, apply a bit of force; my waist could use a good knead.”
Not only that, but the blindfold seemed to be somewhat sheer.
In the dim light, Leon caught a glimpse of some purple glow flickering…
It can’t be Dragon Patterns, right?
It absolutely cannot!
He finally held his breath, mustered a ton of courage, and finally finished wiping Roswiser’s upper body.
When he got to her lower abdomen and thighs, Leon felt much more at ease.
Completing the whole ordeal, Leon realized that being blindfolded was way more exhausting than doing it with his eyes wide open.
So, he quietly crossed “blindfolded massage” off his list of post-Dragon Slayer life plans.
Once everything was tidied up, Leon massaged her hands and feet to improve bl**d circulation.
Hey, hey, hey!
This wasn’t about pampering Mother Dragon!
This was to ensure that when she woke up, her limbs wouldn’t be numb, making it harder to cooperate with him.
He was only being meticulous out of sheer necessity!
No doubt, it was all for even better enjoyment during the revenge!
After finishing everything, Leon sighed in relief.
After some thought, he placed the teddy bear he had picked up for Roswiser at Young Dragon Paradise next to her pillow.
That felt like a satisfactory conclusion to the night.
Feeling exhausted, rather than crawling into bed, he simply pulled a chair closer to the bed and rested his head on the edge, falling into a deep sleep.
But due to sheer exhaustion and an uncomfortable sleeping position, Leon kept dreaming odd dreams.
In his half-asleep state, Leon moved his arm, and his fingers accidentally brushed against the teddy bear.
However, it didn’t feel like the soft filling inside the bear.
It felt… kinda hard.
Leon cracked one eye open to look at the teddy bear; outwardly, it seemed fine.
Not thinking much of it, he closed his eyes and drifted back into slumber.
The next morning, Noia entered Roswiser’s room.
Seeing Leon sprawled out asleep, not on the bed but bent over.
“Did taking care of Mom tire him out this much…?”
Noia tiptoed over, grabbed a jacket off the couch, then walked over to Leon, ready to cover him up so he wouldn’t catch a chill when—
Leon jolted awake with a start.
“Huh? Noia? G-Good morning.”
Leon rubbed his sleepy eyes and stretched, “Heading to school?”
Noia nodded.
“Let’s go; I’ll walk you there.”
“No need, just take a rest.”
Leon chuckled, bouncing on his feet, “It’s fine, let’s go!”
Noia said nothing more.
The father and daughter arrived at the Holy Temple’s front yard, waiting for the “school bus driver,” Leviathan.
“How’s mom doing?” Noia asked.
“Recovering quickly. By the time you get back this weekend, she’ll surely be awake,” Leon said honestly.
“Mm… Thanks for taking care of her.”
Leon smiled and patted her head, “We’re family; what’s hard and what’s not?”
As they chatted, Leviathan’s massive silhouette appeared in the distance.
“This week should have a lot of tests, right?” Leon asked.
“Yeah.”
“Just perform normally, and you’ll definitely improve, Noia.”
“Okay, I got it.”
The giant dragon Leviathan slowly hovered above Silver Dragon Temple, followed by the opening of the teleportation light column.
“I’m off now.”
“Alright, be careful on the way, and take care of yourself.”
Noia nodded, jogging over to the teleportation light.
She turned back, hesitated for a moment, then waved goodbye to Leon.
Leon waved back with a grin, “Make sure to pay attention in class! Stay away from those troublemakers—if anyone bullies you, give it right back! Dad’s got your back!”
“Okay!”
Though Leon wanted to say, “If anyone bullies you, I’ll wipe their whole dragon family out, because that’s my specialty.”
But he thought, maybe that’d be a bit too gruesome for a kid.
So, he let it go.
Leviathan flapped its enormous dragon wings, slowly departing from Silver Dragon Temple.
Leon, hands in his pockets, quietly watched Leviathan fade into the distance.
Meanwhile, inside the room, the silver-haired beauty lying on the soft bed slightly moved her fingers.
