247. In Class
So wait, does Black Bean have exorcism powers too? Professional demon and monster restraint, perhaps?
Ning Chu suddenly found Black Bean a lot more appealing. From now on, if she brought Black Bean to class, Wen Yang would definitely never get devoured by any lecherous spirit.
She was racking her brain to recall if there were any supporting female characters like a female ghost in her books. While her XP (experience points) was rather complicated back in the day, she definitely didn’t have a preference for female ghosts. This whole exorcism plot was probably just a byproduct of her not feeling satisfied after watching too much “that kind” of content.
So, Black Bean was useful, but not too much.
As the classmates gradually filled the classroom, the teacher was already positioned at the podium, calling the roll from the attendance list.
At the beginning of the semester, everyone had been fairly disciplined; skipping class was rare. But now, if two-thirds of the class showed up, that was considered pretty good.
Zhang Shaoqing and Wang Jie weren’t in class today either.
Zhang’s been a bit unfortunate lately; he had pretended to give in to his family and managed to scam them out of twenty thousand bucks. Last Sunday night, his mom caught him red-handed.
Ning Chu glanced down at a message Zhang Shaoqing had sent her.
“Help, help, help, help, help…”
“My mom’s being so ungracious! Ambushed! Came to collect me at nine o’clock! Please mark my attendance tomorrow!”
Seeing him trying to play it off humorously, it didn’t look like he was going to turn into a villain over this minor mishap.
The English teacher still looked as stunning as ever; after her previous encounter with this teacher, Ning Chu was absolutely not going to help Zhang Shaoqing out this time.
Leaning her arm on Black Bean’s shoulder, she playfully stroked his soft, bouncy cat ears while propping her chin up. When the English teacher called her name, she answered with a casual, “Present!”
“Wen Yang, why didn’t Wang Jie come either?”
“Probably hanging out with his girlfriend. He said he skipped all classes on Monday and would come back tonight.”
“Is that so…?”
A malicious thought crept into Ning Chu’s mind as she muttered, “By the time he gets back tonight, he might’ve already been completely drained!”
However, Wen Yang couldn’t care less about Wang Jie; he was more worried about that lecherous spirit, An An. He leaned closer to Ning Chu’s ear and whispered, “That female ghost seems really scared of Black Bean?”
“Because Black Cats ward off evil.”
“I heard that Black Cats attract evil spirits.”
Apparently, beliefs about Black Cats differed across various regions.
“Anyway, female ghosts fear Black Bean,” Ning Chu grumbled, absentmindedly stroking Black Bean’s tail and plucking off a few cat hairs, which she placed on Wen Yang’s shoulder. “Here, a talisman.”
If she had known this whole thing would happen, she should have collected all the fur Black Bean shed, made a little mat out of it, or stuffed it into a small bag for Wen Yang to carry around.
Now that Black Bean had turned into a catgirl, the fluffiest parts of him were just his head and tail; it was nowhere close to how it used to be.
Maybe she could take him to get a haircut?
Ning Chu’s face suddenly flushed, and just before she could process it, Black Bean lifted his head and sniffed, glancing down at her.
Yan Xinya turned to look at Ning Chu as well, offering a knowing smile that all women seem to understand.
Wen Yang couldn’t help but notice that Ning Chu was giving off an even sweeter scent; being so close, his body involuntarily reacted. Thinking it was just his youthful vigor, he bent slightly, casting a guilty glance at Ning Chu and Yan Xinya, afraid of being caught.
“…”
Beneath Yan Xinya’s teasing gaze, Ning Chu felt she could bear it; after all, this girl had been corrupted by Lily a long time ago.
But then she gazed into Black Bean’s innocent and pure eyes, which were as clear as glass ornaments, and her embarrassment and shame only grew stronger.
Why now!?
Has that female ghost completely given up on her schemes against Wen Yang?!
Just because of a tiny catgirl? Because of her joking little talisman?
The heat of her breath intensified, and she struggled to contain the surging impulse; however, the unforgettable pleasure she’d experienced with the succubus came flooding back to her mind.
The heat in her core slowly morphed into an intense feeling of emptiness.
Having already tasted the boundaries of delight, her willpower was no longer as steadfast as it once had been.
She just wanted to be filled…
Ning Chu ground her teeth and leaned on her desk, her shoulders tremor lightly.
“Not feeling well?”
Abruptly, her shoulder was gently patted.
She stiffened, not daring to raise her head and reveal her longing, dazed eyes, continuing to pretend she didn’t hear.
Wen Yang explained to the English teacher, “She has really bad stomach pains; she’s already taken some medicine. She’ll be fine soon.”
The English teacher looked at Ning Chu with concern and asked, “If you’re not feeling well, should you go to the medical room?”
“No need, I went before class.”
“Really?”
She always worried about this exceptionally beautiful boy and asked with concern, “You look really unwell; do you need to take a leave?”
“Pfft!”
The English teacher looked quizzically at Yan Xinya, only to see Wolf Girl covering her mouth and hastily turning her head away.
“Just… just need to lie down for a bit,” Ning Chu managed to say, not daring to look up.
“Remember to tell the teacher if there’s any problem.”
“Mm…”
Her breathing quickened, the overwhelming desire little by little eating away at her will. The physical impulses urged her toward insanity, and her rationality began to crumble.
As the English teacher turned back to the podium to write on the blackboard, Ning Chu suddenly grasped Wen Yang’s arm, trembling and pressing his hand down toward her.
Wen Yang was taken aback, glancing around in a panic.
“This is the classroom…”
His quiet reminder jolted Ning Chu back to her senses a bit.
That’s right! This is the classroom!
If they did something here, wouldn’t she be just like the main character in “Little Emperor Wen”?
And what if her classmates discovered it? Social d*ath in school for her from that point on.
Ning Chu took a few deep breaths, trying to suppress her body’s restlessness, and after a moment, her tensed muscles gradually relaxed.
Exhausted, she lay on the desk, her expression one of utter resignation.
Her phone vibrated slightly, with Lily’s gloating message showing up.
“If you can’t hold back, I suggest bringing a little toy with you!”
Then Lily sent a few more links: pills, discreet versions, underwear options…
Ning Chu silently turned her phone screen down onto the desk.
She had grown accustomed to Lily recommending toys and could mostly keep her composure… but this time, she felt a little tempted.
It used to be normal for a little boy to be interested in toys, right?
She internally defended herself but sighed and closed her eyes.
Not only had she adapted to being a qualified woman, but she was also gradually transforming into something that resembled a succubus.
Black Bean leaned closer: “Mom~ what was wrong with you just now? Not feeling well?”
“…”
The lingering blush on her face surged back, making her cheeks flush with heat.
Could you please not talk?!
“A few nights ago, when Dad bullied you, you were like this too~”
Her breath almost stopped, her face burning with shame.
Of course, Black Bean remembered Friday night… even though back then he was just a cat.
“Mom?”
“I-I won’t do this again…”
Get Black Bean out of here quickly! Otherwise, she might end up corrupting the poor child!
