279. Ideal Type
Before meeting Yan Xinya and Lily, Ning Chu hardly interacted with girls at all.

Dragged by Yan Xinya to a milk tea shop, Ning Chu casually ordered the cheapest drink, unable to hold back her curiosity, asked, “What time are you planning to shop until?”
“Evening, maybe?”
Great, that means I won’t be able to write my novel until tonight!
Ning Chu’s expression instantly fell. They had barely been out for half an hour, and she was already daydreaming of being back home.
“Why the long face? Smile a bit, or you’ll get wrinkles!”

Noticing her lack of enthusiasm, Yan Xinya proposed, “How about we go to the arcade instead?”
After knowing each other for so long, Wolf Girl had pretty much figured out her interests.
“The arcade?”

Now that grabbed Ning Chu’s attention—mostly because she wanted to watch Yan Xinya dance.
Plus, they might snag some plush toys to take home as decorations.
“Lily?” She turned back to Lily, asking, “What do you think?”
“Hmm.”
Lily remained unapproachable, her icy demeanor unyielding, and her words few.
“I remember there’s an arcade in the mall~”
With their milk tea in hand, the trio had a newfound target and headed over to the nearby mall.
On the third floor of the mall, there was a massive arcade filled with all sorts of claw machines, and right in the center, the dance machine stood proudly.
Arriving at this place was like coming home for Ning Chu.
Even if she didn’t play anything, she could easily spend hours watching pros rock out on rhythm games.
After exchanging some game tokens, they stood in front of the dance machine.
“Could you hold my clothes for me?”
Yan Xinya took off her outer jacket, leaving her in just a sports tank top.
The snug top revealed her slender waist, which was flat and toned; you could even catch a glimpse of her abs, and her modest bust looked exceptionally perky under the tight fabric, making her quite the sight to behold.
Ning Chu glanced down at her own belly.
When it came to her waist, hers—thanks to her wider hips—did look curvier, but her belly, while flat, was just soft and lacked muscle. Without consciously sucking it in, she even sported a little pouch.
She was cute in her own way, and with her silver stripes, her appearance had its own charm. Wen Yang didn’t seem to mind either—he quite liked it when she let him touch.
But she had a problem with that…
“I need to find an opportunity to work out.”
Ning Chu mumbled as she sat on the small sofa in front of the dance machine, eyeing Yan Xinya, who had secured her hair in a high ponytail and was getting ready to dance.
“Lily, does Xinya normally work out?”
Seeing Ning Chu’s gaze lingering on Yan Xinya’s waist, Lily immediately caught on and shook her head, replying, “She goes for a run every morning.”
“Oh really…”
As a Husky, it was normal for her to be a sloth one night and then wake up sprightly the next morning.
Yan Xinya seemed a little silly most of the time, but once she donned her workout gear, she suddenly radiated an energetic charm—both cool and beautiful.
Having not played the dance machine in ages, she was a little rusty at first, carefully holding onto the rails. But soon enough, her movements became smooth as she let go and added some simple dance steps and arm motions.
As the music played, her steps were precise and delicate, her movements powerful yet as light as a butterfly, her slim waist swaying like a willow branch.
This quickly drew in a crowd, and in just a few minutes, several guys were huddling around to watch, all of them acting like a pack of creeps!
“Lin Li dances really well.” Lily commented.
“Of course, she’s a fox spirit…”
Since ancient times, fox spirits have had quite the knack for singing and dancing.
Ning Chu sighed softly; someone like Yan Xinya, with her sprightly aura, was her ideal type. If she, too, had that vibe when she turned into a girl, she figured she’d accept her new identity a lot faster.
But right now, she was heading straight for that Little Emperor Wen character development…and there was no turning back.
After around ten minutes of dancing, Yan Xinya jogged back, “So? How was it! Did I do well?!”
“Just got an A+.” Ning Chu, filled with envy, handed over her milk tea.
“As long as it looks good~”
A light sheen of sweat glistened on Yan Xinya, who tied her jacket around her waist, making her slender figure stand out even more.
She took the milk tea from Ning Chu and drank half of it in one go, letting out a satisfied sigh, “Let’s go grab some plush toys!”
“Drinking milk tea every day, and you’re not worried about getting fat…”
“I have a body that doesn’t gain weight!”
There were three whole rows of claw machines in the arcade, but Ning Chu wasn’t even interested in catching any plush toys—she was practically glued to Yan Xinya’s side, eagerly asking, “So, how do you usually work out?”
Lily, who was also trying her luck at the claw machines, perked up to listen.
“Work out?” Yan Xinya looked confused, “I just run in the mornings?”
“Don’t you do sit-ups or sneak off to a gym or something?”
“Nope!”
Ning Chu instinctively reached out to poke Yan Xinya’s exposed, tight, and smooth stomach, “How do you even have abs then~”
While the muscles weren’t clearly defined, the lines were still pretty!
“Are you being a pervert?” Yan Xinya’s eyes sparkled as she raised her hands in a claw shape, “Let me touch too~”
“No way!”
Look at that claw shape—she knows exactly what she wants to touch!
Ning Chu hurriedly covered her chest and took a few cautious steps back, glaring at Yan Xinya.
“I already let you touch my belly~”
“Tch! Who cares about that?!”
She could fondle toned abs all night long! Wen Yang just lay there and let her touch!
Outside of nearly getting herself smothered by Wen Yang, there were no other side effects.
