394. Yoga Class

Ning Chu was focused on typing when she suddenly felt a wall appear out of nowhere and bumped right into it.
She stumbled backward, rubbing her forehead angrily, and looked up at Wen Yang. “Why did you suddenly stop?”
“We’re here at the milk tea shop.” Wen Yang turned around and asked, “What are you busy with? You don’t even look where you’re going.”
“I’m planning more strategies for Qian Qian! She needs to handle Shao Qing properly!”
Wen Yang didn’t really care about girl drama, even if the victim was his roommate.
He pointed inside the milk tea shop. “Look, your two besties are in there too.”
“I was wondering where they disappeared to! So they came to the milk tea shop to enjoy the A/C~”
Through the glass door, Ning Chu spotted the two girls sipping milk tea and immediately ditched Wen Yang, excitedly running inside.
This milk tea shop had the heater running, and as soon as she stepped in, a warm draft enveloped her, making her shiver in comfort.
“Hey! Ning Chu~ Over here!”
Yan Xinya waved her hand upon spotting Ning Chu.
“This place is great~ Plus, there’s free air conditioning!” Ning Chu plopped down across from the Wolf Girl and shouted to the boss, “Miss! Two cups of cocoa milk tea, please!”
“No, forget it. I’m not having any,” Wen Yang hurriedly shook his head as he walked into the shop.
“Then just one cup of cocoa milk tea.”
Ning Chu knew Wen Yang wasn’t a fan of milk tea, so she didn’t push further and turned to Yan Xinya and Lily, asking, “What are you two planning to select for your elective?”
“We were just discussing it! Come join us!”
“Hmm?”
“We’re thinking of signing up for yoga class! I heard it helps with weight loss and body shaping~”
She paused for a moment and gave the Wolf Girl a once-over. “Did you gain weight?”
“No, I didn’t!”
“You must’ve been munching too much and too lazy to move around; you definitely packed on some pounds over winter break!”
“I didn’t!” Yan Xinya’s ears perked up in indignation.
Upon closer inspection, Ning Chu noticed that the Wolf Girl’s face did appear a bit chubbier; she probably had a bit of a belly now.
A light, airy voice floated in from beside her: “You can unlock some new poses too.”
She turned to look at Lily, who was sipping her milk tea with a cold expression, as if she’d never spoken a word in her life.
Wen Yang’s eyes lit up as he leaned close to Ning Chu and whispered, “What if you signed up for yoga with them?”
“!!!”
Ning Chu immediately saw through Wen Yang’s dirty mind!
She indignantly poked him in the side.
“But you know, yoga classes outside can cost quite a bit—each lesson could go for hundreds! The school’s offering it for free!”
Hearing Yan Xinya mention that, Ning Chu suddenly felt a tiny twinge of interest in the yoga class.
It’s not because of the promise of new poses! It’s strictly for fitness purposes!

Plus, everyone would be in those form-fitting outfits during class—perfect eye candy for her!

The Wolf Girl thought for a moment before replying, “Everyone wears the same thing, so there’s nothing to feel shy about. It’s just like wearing swimsuits at the beach!”
“That’s true…”
“So once the weather warms up, let’s hit the beach! I want to see Lily in a bikini!”
Lily scowled and shoved the Wolf Girl’s face away. “Not wearing that!”
“Even a sports swimsuit works!”
“Quit being ridiculous!”
“Milk tea!”
The girl behind the counter delivered the freshly made milk tea to their table. Ning Chu immediately wrapped her hands around the cup, warming her cold palms.
She took a couple of sips, immediately burning her tongue, but the lingering chill melted away significantly.
Yan Xinya’s nose twitched, and she suddenly looked curiously at Ning Chu.
“Ning Chu, I remember it’s about time for your Aunt Flo to visit, right?”
“Uh?”
“Calculating the time, it should’ve been here ages ago?”
Ning Chu paused, shaking her head in confusion. “I don’t know; isn’t it only the middle of the month?”
“Are you pregnant?!”
“How could that be?! It’s normal if it arrives a few days early or late! How do you remember this so clearly?!”
She shot a glare at Yan Xinya but couldn’t help glancing at her lower abdomen.
No way, right?
While she initially didn’t use any protection, she had been careful afterward!
“After all, it’s a bloodbath, and the smell lingers for days~”
“Lily usually sees hers every twenty-eight days; yours is thirty days! I remember it very clearly!”
In the past, mentioning Aunt Flo or sanitary napkins would make Ning Chu blush furiously, but now she could openly face normal physiological issues and found herself getting more comfortable with sanitary products.
Lily glared at the Wolf Girl, annoyed; this girl could recommend cute toys to her friend but got shy over this!

“Of course you have! I’m just being generous and not getting angry!”
Yan Xinya watched the two playfully bicker, then leaned towards Lily, chuckling, “Are you envious?”
“I hate men.”
“Oh? I wonder who it was online that said they wished to be pinned down by a man and…”
Lily’s cool expression quickly flushed with embarrassment as she angrily raised her arm and wrapped it around the Wolf Girl’s neck, choking off that last sentence.
“I’m gonna d*e! I’m gonna d*e!”
“Hmph!”
Just as Lily released her grip, Yan Xinya noticed Ning Chu and Wen Yang walking side by side towards the exit. “Hey! Where are you two going?”
“Going to the supermarket to grab some stuff.”
“Wait for us!”
The Wolf Girl dashed up, clutching her milk tea. “I heard you were trying to set your brother up with Lily, right? Where’s your brother? Poor Lily’s gonna d*e of thirst without a man~”
Ning Chu had an awkward expression as she explained, “Oh, my brother… got intercepted…”
“But it’s all good; just looking at my brother like that, Lily would only suffer even more.”
If the average girl couldn’t handle her brother, it’d definitely be a disastrous outcome. If it were a succubus, it might not even satisfy her, only leaving Lily feeling even worse—filled with unfulfilled desires.
“Is that so? What a pity for our Lily~ Hey! Why are you stepping on my foot?! I’m just worried about you!”
