411. Study
“Ah, this is nice~”
After some playful chaos, Ning Chu nestled her head against Wen Yang’s shoulder on the bench, gazing at the shimmering surface of the artificial lake before them.
The surroundings were devoid of chaotic noise, just the rustle of leaves as the wind blew by. All she could smell was Wen Yang’s scent, and her anxiety over Long Jiao and the Bad Woman faded into a rare tranquility.
Her icy hands were tucked into Wen Yang’s embrace as she mumbled, “Just a bit cold.”
Her cheeks had turned red from the wind, looking like they might peel off.
“Should we head back then?”
“Just a little longer.”
With no one around, Ning Chu’s tail peeked out from beneath her skirt, swaying lazily.
Wen Yang noticed her gaze landing on his knee; his eyes darted around like a hawk, clearly sensing mischief in the air.
“Don’t be a troublemaker.” He swiftly pressed down on her mischievous little head, opening his coat to wrap her small frame up next to him again.
“Oh~”
He raised the collar of his coat to shield Ning Chu from the chilling wind.
“It’s getting a bit warm.”
“You’re just too picky.”
Ning Chu leaned closer to Wen Yang with a smile. Outside, frigid winds howled, but in Wen Yang’s embrace, it felt as warm as a summer’s day.
Instead of going to the library, during their lunch break, they strolled hand in hand, chatting while leisurely exploring the school.
Topics ranged from games to spicy stuff, novels to spicy stuff, and then back again to studying…
Oddly enough, they didn’t seem to run out of things to talk about when wandering around, whereas at their rental apartment, they often just did their own things.
It was now two in the afternoon.
Time to hit the books.
Currently, the school banned students from bringing food or wearing slippers into the teaching area. As Ning Chu and Wen Yang approached the obligatory route into the classroom, they encountered yet another annoying face.
This time it was Sister Duo Duo’s cold expression, following the sunny face of little sister Guo Gu from the morning.
Though their expressions were completely different, both pairs of eyes were fixated only on Wen Yang’s reflection.
So infuriating!
His official girlfriend was right there!
Even if Duo Duo hadn’t said a word to Wen Yang, Ning Chu’s bl**d pressure was skyrocketing, almost leaping out of her skin.
If it weren’t for Aunt Flo still hanging around making things difficult, she would have already launched her takeover plan!
“Hey, why did you kick me?”
Suddenly being kicked, Wen Yang looked up, bewildered.
“What do you think?”
Seeing Little Succubus throwing a fit, he scratched his nose, awkwardly chuckling, “You can’t blame me for this, right?”
He unconsciously glanced back at the Student Council’s inspection team, only to find Duo Duo still looking his way, their eyes locking perfectly.
“Still looking!”
“No, no!”
Wen Yang couldn’t help but scoff, “It’s not like they ever spoke two words to me or anything. I’ve barely even seen them, how could they possibly like me?”
“Because it’s the plot, silly!”
He nodded thoughtfully, “Kind of feels like they’re NPCs, don’t you think?”
Their so-called likes and dislikes were just part of Little Emperor Wen’s script, making it hard for him to feel any sense of reality. Unlike his feelings for Ning Chu, which were genuine, born from their daily interactions.
Ning Chu couldn’t care less about that. She just knew she wouldn’t have a moment’s peace until the Bad Woman was dealt with.
She was on the brink of a meltdown!
Once in the classroom for the next class, she immediately began plotting how to proceed with her plan.
First, select one of the three plotlines involving the sister trio for the experiment…
The public bathroom scenario was too risky; the other two could be accomplished in their rental apartment.
One option was to tie up Wen Yang while taking the initiative to sit on him, the other was to tie herself up and deliver herself to Wen Yang’s bed.
Hmm… While the first option satisfied her desire not to be pinned down by a guy, it felt a little too forward; she was too shy and needed to prepare psychologically first.
Now, the problem: she needed some rope and to learn some tying techniques.
She only knew how to tie a simple knot; even her shoelaces were a mess! Trying to tie up a person was proving to be quite the challenge.
Hmm, there’s something called , which is pretty common in spicy pictures…
“Shao Qing where?”
Wen Yang’s voice interrupted Ning Chu’s already scandalous thoughts.
Wang Jie strolled into the classroom alone, sitting beside Wen Yang. “I didn’t see him at lunch. He said he was off on a date with Qian Qian.”
“Qian Qian? Isn’t she ignoring Shao Qing now?”
“I think so? Not quite sure.”
Ning Chu perked her ears up to listen to their conversation and quickly sent a text to Qian Qian asking for updates.
Didn’t they agree to keep Shao Qing on a string? Why did she suddenly soften up?
That thick-skinned guy showed no interest in his girlfriend who adores him; she better not act too enthusiastic!
Not long after, Qian Qian responded with a devilish emoji.
Looks like she’s figured out about Shao Qing’s creepy tendencies.
Ning Chu finally relaxed. She glanced around and turned her attention back to her phone, searching for tutorials on .
Tying herself up seemed a bit tricky…
The tutorial was pretty detailed, but she couldn’t practice on the spot, which left her feeling a little flustered.
If all else fails, she’d just fake it.
“Eh~”
She suddenly shivered, glancing hurriedly to the side to find Lily had quietly taken a seat next to her, peering at her phone screen.
Lily’s lips parted in mild surprise, her expression as cool as ever.
Ning Chu quickly covered her phone with her arms, glaring at Lily in embarrassment: “How do you walk without making a sound?!”
“You’re getting into some interesting stuff.”
“……”
“I know how to do this.”
“!!!”
Ning Chu’s face froze as she stared dumbfounded at the emotionless girl casually claiming she could do .
You’re a little Succubus without a boyfriend, only able to play with toys, and you can actually do this?!
“Where’s Xinya?”
“She went to the bathroom.”
Their voices were low, and Ning Chu glanced over at an oblivious Wen Yang, leaning toward Lily to whisper, “Teach me!”
The two Succubi leaned together, sharing ideas and learning from one another.
Wen Yang eyed the two as they whispered, curious about where they found so much to talk about.
Yán Xīnyǎ, who had just returned from the bathroom, dashed over to sit beside the two Succubi and leaned in, but after only a moment’s listening, her mouth covered in shock at their bold conversation, sounding like a surprised gopher.
“Wow~”
This only piqued Wen Yang’s curiosity further.
What are these girls chattering about?
Each of them was flushed with excitement and shyness, darting nervous glances around like little hamsters.
“So, is Shao Qing skipping class this afternoon too?” Wen Yang resumed his chat with Wang Jie, but his gaze remained fixed on the clustered girls.
“He asked me to help take roll depending on the situation.”
“The teacher’s here.”
Seeing the instructor step onto the stage, he focused, opening his textbook and pulling out his notebook and pen, ready to study.
Meanwhile, Ning Chu had already immersed herself in her studies.
