482. Private Room
Near Lily’s house lies a new development area of the city. Although it’s a bit remote with underdeveloped infrastructure and the roadside trees looking like they didn’t get the memo to grow tall, it’s conveniently close to a hot spring resort.
A group of people hops into a ride-share, and within about ten minutes, they arrive at the hot spring’s entrance.
For Ning Chu, this is her first time visiting such a place. She curiously glances around, noticing that it looks quite similar to a hotel.
This resort has KTV, a bar, massage services, and hot spring saunas; basically, it covers all the essentials for eating, drinking, and having fun. If it weren’t so unofficial, one might even expect some “hands-on” singing!

Now that could be a safe way to steal a hot spring supporting character’s plot without worrying about being discovered, right?
Ning Chu can’t help but feel tempted.
But under Wolf Girl’s lewd smirk, her sense of shame kicks in, and even though she’s intrigued, she shakes her head, cheeks flushed.
“You were really tempted! No wonder you’re a succubus!” Wolf Girl instantly spots the flicker of hesitation in her eyes.

Ning Chu’s little head shakes so fast it leaves a blur, especially when Wen Yang looks down at her—her face burns hotter than a boiled lobster.
“Hey, how about I just stay here tonight with Qian Qian?” Zhang Shaoqing, talking to the front desk, turns around. “They have accommodations here, isn’t that convenient since Lily’s place doesn’t have enough rooms?”
Everyone sees through his scheming, and Qian Qian shyly pinches his waist, making him turn pale.
“So Wen Yang doesn’t have to sleep on the floor tonight, he can share a room with me, right?”
Ning Chu instinctively nods.
Then everyone’s eyes shift back to her.
As if her face wasn’t already red from embarrassment, being scrutinized like this makes her look even more beautifully flustered, stammering as she hides behind Wen Yang. “I won’t disturb you tonight…”
Although she’s long since leaned into her seductive succubus role, late-night snacking, and breakfast milk drinks have made her a qualified one in private.

“Besides, it’s not like the money comes from my pocket.” Zhang Shaoqing really doesn’t mind at all, calling out to Qian Qian and striding to the other side of the resort. “Just two hours! If you go over, you’ll have to pay for it!”
Although this rich kid has a somewhat bad personality, always laughing and making a fool of himself, he is exceptionally generous when it comes to money.
Ning Chu thought it would be some outdoor public hot spring accessible to anyone who paid the entry fee, but instead, they followed the staff into a room with a small courtyard.
In the tiny courtyard, there’s a large hot spring tub surrounded by bamboo walls about two people high. It lets in some light but ensures privacy.
“Wow! It’s actually a private room!”
“Shaoqing is way too generous! How much does two hours cost?!”
Yan Xinya and Qian Qian are the first to dash into the room, bouncing like over-excited puppies, running around to satisfy their curiosity.

Ning Chu mutters under her breath as she casually closes the door to the private room. Turning to peek at Lily, who’s engrossed in the warnings on the wall, she sidles up. “What are you looking at?”
“You need to shower before soaking.”
Lily points at the notice on the wall, and being surrounded by familiar friends makes her chatty.
“Isn’t that just like at a swimming pool~?”
“You’ve been?”
“Twice as a kid, didn’t learn to swim, and almost drowned…”
Lily nods knowingly. “Good for you.”

Ning Chu silently turns to Wen Yang, sitting in a lounge chair, and makes her way over to sit beside him.
She pokes him with her fingertip and, in a tempting tone, asks, “Why aren’t you going to soak in the hot spring? Just sitting here?”
“I think I’ll pass, too many girls.”
“And isn’t that even better?”
Wen Yang glances up at Ning Chu. “Are you trying to entrap me or something?”
If he so much as shows an ounce of interest, Ning Chu would seize the opportunity to poke his soft love handles mercilessly.
“Unless it’s one of those outdoor public baths, being the only guy in such a small hot spring doesn’t really work for me. It feels like taking advantage of them,” he replies, sounding very principled.
“Good point~” Ning Chu nods in satisfaction.
Thanks to her guidance, this royal harem male lead now possesses enough willpower to easily resist the temptation of beauty!
“Want something to munch on? I can go grab you some snacks.” Wen Yang starts to feel a bit hungry, despite having snacked quite a bit earlier thanks to Ning Chu.
“Okay, just be careful out there.”
As soon as Wen Yang leaves, Yan Xinya and Qian Qian come rushing back into the room, having explored the entire private suite.
“Ning Chu! Ning Chu! Let’s go soak in the hot spring!”
“I’ll eat first before I get in the water…”
Before Ning Chu can finish, Yan Xinya yanks her arm, dragging her toward the bathroom. “Let’s go, let’s go! Shower and soak!”
“No! One at a time, please!”
Overwhelmed, she struggles, but Wolf Girl is surprisingly strong, pulling her along as she slips and slides toward the shower area.

I checked the prices and environment of the hot spring hotel online, and after writing, I realized it’s in Japan… not sure how it differs from domestic resorts, but let’s roll with it!
