With the Boss defeated, rewards were surely to follow!

Yuliya was the most cautious of all.
She watched from a distance as the massive form of the Undead King faded away.
This was the debrief animation; once it played, it confirmed the target was indeed dead.

After mulling it over, Yuliya decided to get a closer look.

But the scent that just appeared was clearly not from it.
Yuliya looked at the Undead King’s not-yet-dissolved lower half, which was black and goopy.
It seemed to have a slight swell to it, like it was nurturing something.
Her eyes widened in shock as she activated her Golden Eyes.

Deep within the black mud, a pair of bl**d-red eyes slowly opened, locking onto Yuliya’s golden gaze.
In the next moment, two waves of spatial magic radiated outward.
Yuliya vanished and reappeared at the outer perimeter.
Without hesitation, she turned and ran as fast as she could, resembling a flash of black lightning cutting through the moonlight.
Players in her path were almost knocked off their feet by the gust of wind she kicked up, cursing her as they flew.
“What the heck! Crazy lady!”
Many players also noticed the commotion.

Yuliya was quick, and thanks to a teleport, she was a kilometer away in the blink of an eye.
However, something was moving faster than her.
As she felt herself being enveloped, and the range of that coverage kept expanding, she reluctantly slowed down.
She looked up at the sky and cursed herself, “I’m such an idiot! Why did I have to take a peek! Couldn’t I just run away earlier?”
A nearby player, on his way to rejoin the main group, heard her muttering and scratched his head, “Wait, what are you talking about, sis? I don’t…”
Before he could finish, he noticed her ID.
“Whoa! Wind God!”
Yuliya glanced at him, shaking her head. “You don’t need to head that way anymore.”
“W-why not?”
His tone became more cautious.
“Because the Boss will take care of you all.”
No sooner had Yuliya spoken than a white light shot up from the ground, forming a hemispherical area with a radius of over twenty kilometers, enveloping the entire Royal City Area and parts of the outer city.
In the next moment, the light sphere, along with everyone inside, vanished.
At the center of the Royal City, a massive light beam shot up, a thousand meters wide.
When the light faded, it revealed a bunch of completely bewildered players inside.

Players stared at the Boss flying away, blinking in disbelief.
