Transformed Into a Fallen Princess, I Sell Nuclear Bombs at the Beginner Village – Chapter 242

Chapter 242: Now This Is a Big Problem, I’m Just Going to Chill, It’s Not My Business

Elia quickly noticed something was off.

The invisible pressure that Isaac had on her vanished.

She glanced over at Yuliya, then firmed her resolve and moved forward with her sword.

With Isaac weakened, what’s the point of settling it in one hit?

Let’s grind him down!

Level 58 against level 50? Yeah, no contest there!

With an 8-level advantage, plus the similarity in their sword techniques and their familiarity with each other, they couldn’t even touch each other.

Previously, Isaac was riding high on his stats and took a lot of cheap shots, but now he not only had to cough it all back up, but he also ended up looking like a pig.

The tides had turned.

Now he couldn’t attack, couldn’t dodge, and even if he ran away, he was still getting hit by magic.

What a calamity; just pure punch-bag duty.

Before long, Elia seized her chance, knocked Isaac’s sword away, and closed in with a lightning magic spell that pinned his limbs.

And just like that, Isaac’s defeat could be officially declared.

Without a second glance at Isaac, Elia rushed over to Yuliya.

“Little Yuliya, how are you? Are you okay?”

“It hurts…”

“You poor thing!”

Elia raised her hand as if to give her a playful smack, but then pulled back, gently placing it on Yuliya’s head instead. “Ugh, seriously, you can’t do stuff like this anymore. It’s way too dangerous!”

While speaking, Elia let a gentle white light emanate from her hand, which slowly entered Yuliya’s body.

She could heal, but just a little, only enough to patch up some injuries for emergencies.

But now, it was coming in handy, at least giving Yuliya a tiny boost.

After half a minute, Yuliya felt a lot better.

The pain had faded, and she felt much lighter, with her health bar recovering by about thirty percent.

She stood up and moved her arms and legs around. “I feel way better! Thanks, big sis!”

“No, I should be thanking you. Without your help, I’d have never made it this far. Even though it was supposed to be my personal battle, it was really you who led me to victory.”

They turned their heads to look at Isaac, who was now standing with closed eyes and not saying a word, lost in thought.

Yuliya glanced at Isaac, then back at Elia, before finally gazing up at the massive statue in the distance.

As her gaze swung between the three, a series of images flashed in her mind, like memories from an ancient past.

A battle for the throne; winners and losers. The king looking down on the world, while the usurpers plotted in the shadows.

Yuliya coldly asked, “Aren’t you going to k*ll him?”

This got Elia to halt mid-motion, while Isaac sprung his eyes wide open to look at her.

“Yuliya! What are you saying?”

Yuliya blinked rapidly, shaking her head. “Ah? Sorry, big sis, I didn’t mean it.”

She clasped her hands over her head. “I… I think I just saw something.”

“It’s okay.”

Elia pulled Yuliya into an embrace, gently patting her back. “You probably just got a little too hurt. You’ll be fine in a sec.”

“Let me see.”

A rugged, authoritative voice suddenly broke in, making all three of them freeze.

They turned to the source of the voice.

Yuliya was the first to react. “Huh? Uncle?”

Then came Elia’s hesitant yet excited voice. “Your Highness?”

Isaac let out a sigh. “Your Highness, long time no see.”

Edward nodded slightly and approached Yuliya, placing a hand on her forehead, lightly closing his eyes.

A gentle energy flowed from his hand into Yuliya.

After a moment, Edward opened his eyes, shook his head. “Your body is fine. However, your situation seems a bit complex; I can’t explain it now. We’ll have to chat in detail later.”

Yuliya nodded obediently. “Oh, okay, thanks, Uncle.”

Elia, supporting her chin with her hand, watched their interaction and suddenly asked, “So Yuliya isn’t your daughter, huh?”

“Eh? Was that what you thought, sister? Nope! Wait! Uncle Edward is royal?!”

“Yeah, I thought you were most likely his daughter. Guess I was wrong; sorry!”

Edward shook his head. “Nope.”

Almost but not quite, but the girl turned him down.

He walked over to Isaac.

“Seems Elia won. Do you accept this outcome?”

Isaac frowned and shook his head. “I don’t accept it. Your Highness can say I lost, but it doesn’t mean Elia won; I was defeated by my little sister.”

Edward turned to Yuliya, contemplating a moment before nodding. “Alright. So, kiddo, what’s your take?”

“Me?” Yuliya shook her head vigorously, waving her hands. “This has nothing to do with me! Elia big sis and Isaac big bro are the ones competing; I’m not even in the ring!”

“Since you entered the Royal Trial’s secret realm through the entrance, it means you indeed have the qualifications to inherit the throne.”

Elia sighed and nodded in agreement. “Yeah, if you can directly enter here through the entrance, it means you’re eligible for succession. Yuliya is part of the royal family, so she has a claim too.”

Oh come on!

Yuliya was flabbergasted, her mind bursting with expletives.

I’m royal, sure, but not from the Jade Emperor Kingdom! They have nothing to do with me!

But wait, given the current situation, the Jade Emperor Kingdom might be linked to my Golden Kingdom by some invisible threads.

So, as the last princess of the Golden Kingdom, am I… super overqualified?

Ugh, ugh, ugh! Super overqualified? What on earth! I know nothing!

Yuliya’s mind was a mess, so she opted to let it go.

“Even if what you say is true, I’ll concede to big sis. You go grab the crown; don’t worry about me!”

She tried to shove Elia away, but naturally, Elia didn’t budge.

“Yuliya…”

“Big sis, I really can’t do this! Look at me, do I look like someone who can be emperor?”

Edward and Elia turned to Isaac.

“Isaac, do you accept this result?”

“…” Isaac shut his eyes. “Do as you please.”

As for Edward, even though he came in, he was just an observer.

At Edward’s nod, Elia took a deep breath, then leaped onto the hands of the ancestor statue.

She stared at the crown, unable to hide her excitement. This was her long-desired goal—the throne.

Though the journey was full of twists and the ending a drama unto itself, this was the fate’s choice.

Just one variable could change the entire landscape; that’s the charm of destiny, keeping people mesmerized and unable to resist.

Elia reached out, preparing to lift the crown off.

And… nothing happened. The crown didn’t budge an inch.

Everyone frowned.

Yuliya’s reaction, however, was more exaggerated.

She felt it; that flashy, conniving piece of royalty was casting a spell on her!

No, seriously! This won’t work!

Trying to take the throne under the noses of these three big shots? You’re asking for my life!

Even if I got it, and they accepted it, they’d still crush this little frame of mine!

An entire empire, and here I am, just a laid-back little fish aiming to be emperor?

Why not let my sister reign? I’d rather be a little power-wielding princess.

Being an emperor can’t be as sweet as being a princess, right?

Oh little crown, please stop messing with me!

Seemingly responding to Yuliya’s strong feelings of rejection, the crown finally shook, freeing itself as Elia successfully lifted it off.
