Transformed Into a Fallen Princess, I Sell Nuclear Bombs at the Beginner Village – Chapter 305

Chapter 305: A Little Story About Edward and Ansar

Yuliya was temporarily too busy to care about the outrageous comments in the forum.

After all, she just passed by, touched a tower, and then bounced on to the next thing… Ah, no, sorry! She meant to spread laughter and joy!

As for those ridiculous rumors, they would fall apart in a couple of days on their own.

Yuliya arrived at the trial tower, glanced at Edward and Ansar, nodded at them, and then turned to enter.

Well, at least doing this meant she could skip the line to get into the tower and wouldn’t have to worry about being watched by players.

As for the two of them gawking? Who cares?

Edward had a rough gauge of Yuliya’s strength, and Ansar could figure it out with a few more words.

Yuliya, as usual, stepped into the Heroic Spirit Tower.

First floor.

Still a breeze.

“I, Lavanti, greet Your Highness the Princess.”

Surprisingly, it was a female general this time.

But that was normal; in this extraordinary world, there was actually no power gap between genders.

“Get up.”

Yuliya was well-versed in handling these kinds of matters.

After quickly getting the situation, she dove right into the main topic.

The Crimson Empire was indeed a descendant of the Fiery Nation.

That god rampaging in the Fiery Nation was somewhat of an acquaintance—War God Ahlond.

That guy was indeed pretty strong.

Besides that, she learned a little about the past of the Fiery Nation.

“Do you have anything else to tell this princess?”

“There’s a detail I observed that perhaps the princess might be interested in.”

“Go ahead.”

“There seems to be a significant gap even among those so-called gods.”

Yuliya straightened her expression, “What do you mean?”

“The War God announced, upon his descent, that all citizens of the Golden Kingdom could return to the Golden Kingdom.”

“Huh? So, you guys…” Yuliya started to speak but paused mid-sentence, struck dumb.

Lavanti nodded, “His Majesty did not issue further orders. Military orders are in place; we cannot retreat at will.”

Yuliya gently closed her eyes, then nodded heavily, “I’m proud of your courage.”

Lavanti lowered her head and slightly bowed, “It’s our duty.”

Yuliya slightly inclined her head, then furrowed her brows deep in thought.

What did the War God’s announcement really mean?

First off, he definitely had no ties with the Golden Kingdom; that’s for sure.

So why go out of his way to do this?

The War God’s true name was the God of War and Plunder.

That decided his plundering nature, and it was normal for him to show up anywhere.

Perhaps his participation in that battle was purely driven by his desire to plunder.

According to the Dream God Ayelus, this guy should be quite straightforward.

Coupled with the fact he was currently being “eroded” by the dragon.

So, was he merely trying to thwart the “dragon”?

And then got hit back by the “dragon”?

Now that’s an interesting discovery.

Would other gods have similar thoughts?

After all, the “dragon” was so strong, and now it was going mad, starting to snatch the powers of other gods.

So it’s quite reasonable for the other gods to unite against him, right?

Can’t deny that’s a line of thought.

But it’s still so far from now.

Yuliya didn’t probe further and looked at Lavanti.

“So, is there anything else to say?”

“None, Your Highness.”

“Good, I should pass through here.”

And so, the battle between the two officially kicked off.

In the end, Yuliya, as expected, won and moved to the next floor.

There wasn’t much else to say; Yuliya speedran through, not wasting any time.

When Yuliya appeared outside the tower, Edward and Ansar rushed up to her.

“Little niece! Impressive! You’re even stronger than I was when I was younger!”

Yuliya just smiled.

Edward immediately blocked Ansar’s path: “I heard you cleared the Heroic Spirit Trial Tower while at Bronze Level, so I thought this time would be a piece of cake for you. But I didn’t expect you to do it this fast!”

“I’ve actually been through the Heroic Spirit Tower quite a few times; I’ve picked up some experience.”

“Yes, but I have one question: why did you take so long on the first floor?”

Yuliya had no choice but to tell the truth: “My trial is a bit weird. The first floor is always the hardest, while the upper levels are easier. They threw legendary level opponents at me right off the bat, so I had to put in some effort.”

As for the topics discussed with the heroic spirit? No need to mention that; it wasn’t the time to go public.

“No wonder…”

Ansar squeezed in, shoving Edward aside: “But little niece, you really have astonishing talent! Not only have you reached Gold Level at such a young age, but you also have strategies for dealing with legendary level foes.”

“No way, looks like my kids need more practice. Next time, I’ll toss them to the very bottom.”

Edward interjected: “Old man! Are you really that tough on your own kids? The very bottom is a place where even you’d get skinned alive!”

“Mind your own business! Old coot, don’t meddle in matters that don’t concern you!”

“I see! You’re jealous because my student is so capable, and now you’re getting antsy?”

“You!”

There was no helping it; he was a little impatient.

Such a great talent, and this kind of guy got there first!

“Uh…” Yuliya watched the two bickering again, tilted her head and asked, “What place are you talking about? I’m kinda interested, and I want to check it out.”

Edward and Ansar turned to Yuliya simultaneously and shook their heads.

“No! No way! You can’t go! It’s too dangerous!”

“Huh? Why not? Can’t I just take a little peek?”

Ansar and Edward exchanged glances, and then Ansar spoke up.

“You can’t even look. I mean, if you want to go in, there are conditions—you can’t enter.”

“What conditions?”

The more they insisted, the more curious Yuliya became.

“Well… to get in, you have to take off your clothes! Even if you wear something, it’ll all melt away.”

“Ah? This….” Yuliya was momentarily taken aback, “Not even legendary level clothes can survive?”

Now that’s an interesting train of thought!

Edward’s eyes lit up, and he replied, “Nope! Legendary gear would break too! The place has laws that will damage any kind of clothing, no matter the level!”

“Oh, well, forget it.”

Melting clothes? Too cruel.

Hearing this, Edward and Ansar finally sighed with relief.

Phew, that was a close one; they managed to dodge that b*llet.

In reality, the place was just a bit too hot; lower-level clothes would indeed be damaged, but legendary level gear was fine.

The only reason they didn’t want Yuliya going was that the monsters inside…

Were a bit of an eye-sore, likely to leave a psychological shadow on a child.

Afterward, the two of them might even get the weird looks from Yuliya—absolutely unacceptable!

Inside, they were all elemental creatures, but their elemental forms looked a bit strange…

Who knows if it was intentional from history or if they naturally gravitated toward that appearance.

In any case, they were all muscled beefcakes.

(There’s been a lot going on these past few days; I’ll do two updates now and the rest later. Starting tomorrow, I should be back to the normal three updates.)
