Bai Feng opened the door and saw Qiao Qiao standing outside. It seemed she had a special affection for complicated outfits; today she wore a gorgeous black dress. Every time he saw her getup, he felt like he had time-traveled back to a royal court.

“Really?” Qiao Qiao’s eyes widened with surprise, and then she nodded eagerly. “Since you said so, I’ll go and give it a try!”
Bai Feng smiled and remained silent—after all, the Transformation God Stage secret realm wasn’t something comparable to the Golden Core Stage ones. Due to the cultivation levels, characters like Bai Yu Mo, Zuo Qiu, and Lin Yan were just mini-bosses, while the big bosses were modeled on his master Chu Ning Yan and the sect leader, all in their youthful glory.
He was genuinely curious about how Qiao Qiao would react when facing these bosses.

She pointed at one of the puppets and asked Bai Feng, “I practice Charm Art; these puppets shouldn’t be affected, right?”

“Is that so?” Qiao Qiao nodded slightly. “Then I’ll go give it a shot!”

She quickly looked up at Bai Feng and asked, “Didn’t you say the puppets could be affected by Charm Art? Is this one broken or something?”
“It’s not broken. This puppet’s abilities are modeled after me. It’s already impressive that it hasn’t bounced your Charm Art right back at you.”
Bai Feng explained, a bit surprised that Qiao Qiao had managed to find this particular puppet among so many paths. What a stroke of bad luck!
“Can it really be like this…”
Before Qiao Qiao could finish, she saw a long sword swiftly stabbing toward her. Forgetting her image, she instantly transformed into a fox to dodge and quickly bolted toward Bai Feng.

In her fox form, Qiao Qiao climbed onto Bai Feng’s shoulder, sighing in relief as the puppet withdrew.

Bai Feng remained silent, watching the unmoving puppets in the area. This particular puppet was an experimental one he had made using Chu Chu’s abilities and a little power from the Celestial Eye, hidden in the Simulation Secret Realm as a hidden boss. Once she recovered, Qiao Qiao recalled her earlier behavior and words, her face turned beet red. “I-I… what was up with that puppet? You didn’t set this up to watch me embarrass myself, did you?”
“Nope, it’s just bad luck. You encountered two puppets that counter you perfectly,” Bai Feng shook his head. “Do you want to continue challenging?”
“No way! Whoever wants to challenge can go challenge; I’m done!”
Qiao Qiao’s chest heaved as she shouted, clearly still riled up.
Who knows what kind of more disgusting puppets Bai Feng might have in store next?
Seeing Qiao Qiao so infuriated that she didn’t even care about maintaining her usual facade, it was clear she had truly dropped her guard.
“Should we wrap it up for today then?”
