Chapter 346: This Time, I’ll Especially Allow You to Touch My Ears
Bai Feng thought that after the Simulation Secret Realm, Qiao Qiao would finally settle down… but nope.
“Young Master Bai, I’ve come to ask you about the enchantment arts again.”
“Young Master Bai, I want to borrow a few Spring and Autumn chronicles (whispered secretively).”
“Young Master Bai…”
Bai Feng looked at the girl standing in front of his door, expressionless, and said, “If you’re so bored, why don’t you go work in Xuan Guang City?”
“I just want to spend a little more time with Young Master Bai!” Today, Qiao Qiao was dressed in a black-and-white maid outfit, her two fox ears flickering as the breeze blew them around.
“That’s a bit too direct, you know. No shame, no shy feeling. Not that being straightforward is bad—I personally like direct approach—but your tone combined with those enchanting fox eyes makes me feel like I’m walking through a brothel,” Bai Feng mused, stroking his chin.
“Is that so?” Qiao Qiao’s charming expression immediately vanished. She hesitated for a few seconds, then asked, “Alright, thank you for the reminder, Young Master Bai. I’ll improve next time.”
“Is there anything you need to tell me this time?”
“I’m here to say goodbye, Young Master Bai. I’m leaving for Xuan Guang City today,” Qiao Qiao said sadly.
“Then I should celebrate a little,” Bai Feng grinned. “When are you leaving? Do you need me to see you off?”
“If only you were as enthusiastic about me in everyday life,” Qiao Qiao’s face showed some dissatisfaction. “Can’t you keep me a little longer?”
Bai Feng shook his head without hesitation. “Nope. If I try to keep you, you’ll just climb right up and never leave. Latch onto me for good,” he joked.
“You really do understand me better and better, Young Master Bai! It makes me so happy~” Qiao Qiao placed her hand on her chest, a shy smile on her face.
“I think you should give up on this love route—you’re not cut out for it,” Bai Feng patted her on the shoulder. “Even when you pretend to be shy, you still look like a seductive fox spirit. Honestly, anyone who gets attracted to you is probably some old perv with a mouth watering over your body.”
“Is it really that bad?” Qiao Qiao’s mood deflated completely, her fox ears drooping. She then mumbled softly, “But I am a fox spirit after all, right?”
“By the way, if you’re heading to Xuan Guang City, you won’t need to work as a shop clerk anymore,” Bai Feng suddenly remembered and said. “Just focus on managing and training your juniors. Your salary will be a bit higher too.”
“Then I’ll thank Young Master Bai very much.”
Qiao Qiao grinned happily, clearly feeling a raise in status. That made her feel much lighter.
In the future, when things weren’t so busy, she could come to Heavenly Sword Sect to chat with Bai Feng. Although Bai Feng often said her acting was a bit terrible, she was stubborn and wouldn’t give up that easily—she was a nine-tailed fox, after all.
“Yeah, go ahead and get to Xuan Guang City for work. If you encounter any problems on the job, you can contact me,” Bai Feng waved his hand.
“I’ll definitely stay in touch with you, Young Master Bai,” Qiao Qiao chuckled softly, covering her mouth. “Goodbye, Young Master Bai. I’ll miss you.”
She didn’t delay any longer and swiftly disappeared in front of Bai Feng’s door.
Her quick departure to Xuan Guang City was partly because the Nine-Tailed Fox from Southern Region was arriving today. More importantly, she realized her relationship with Bai Feng had hit a wall—no real progress in days. She also figured she might be a little too eager, which was causing more harm than good. So she decided to find a reason to show her importance—at least to make Bai Feng pay more attention to her.
Therefore, she planned to go to Xuan Guang City—to showcase her and the Nine-Tailed Fox clan’s value. Plus, she wanted to buy a few new little skirts; she’d had her eye on several before leaving Xuan Guang City, and this time, she had to buy them no matter what.
After Qiao Qiao left, Bai Feng paid her little mind and returned indoors. At this moment, the cabinet was slowly pushed open, and a fox head peeked out.
“Has she gone?”
“Yeah, she’s off to Xuan Guang City. Finally, I get a few quiet days,” Bai Feng said, reaching out to lift Little Jiu from the cabinet and sitting on the sofa, gently stroking her tail.
“You’ve really been busy these days!”
Little Jiu, who had also seen the stubbornness of the Southern Region Nine-Tailed Fox, thought she wouldn’t have lasted long. It was all thanks to Bai Feng helping her bear those troubles!
Thinking of that, she leaned in closer: “This time, I’ll specially allow you to touch my ears.”
Bai Feng looked at Little Jiu, overwhelmed with emotion, stretching her ears toward him. He really wanted to say that Qiao Qiao was probably after him, but…
Since Little Jiu was offering her ears on a silver platter, why refuse?
He placed his hand on her ear, and at the moment of contact, Little Jiu’s ears quivered slightly. As he gently kneaded them with his fingers, her clenched teeth made her stifle a mouthing groan.
‘This sound is so… seductive…’
Bai Feng paused his hand briefly, then gently pinched both of her fox ears, slowly ‘attacking’ every spot on her ears.
Unable to resist, Little Jiu immediately bit her clothes, trying to suppress the embarrassing sounds.
She’d thought about stopping midway, but since she was the one who brought this up and it was a reward for Bai Feng helping her through so many days, as a noble nine-tailed fox, how could she just take back her reward so easily?
Unbeknownst to Bai Feng, he only knew that the feel of Little Jiu’s ears was very soft and smooth—probably rivaling her tail.
But he didn’t continue to play with her ears endlessly—though fox ears felt nice, endless kneading was just plain boring. So instead, he casually gave her a full-body massage from what he learned from Bai Yu Mo.
Ling energy infused into his hands, and his palms slowly moved from Little Jiu’s head, across her back, to her tail. Of course, he didn’t forget her ears either.
Little Jiu, who was lying on Bai Feng’s lap, suddenly widened her eyes. She opened her mouth to say something, but before she could, Bai Feng placed his hand on her ears, making her bite her clothes and shut her mouth.
After a while, Bai Feng noticed Little Jiu wasn’t moving much, so he quickly stopped the massage.
“Little Jiu, are you okay?”
He reached out to lift her, only to find her eyes slightly rolled back, her gaze unfocused. She was gasping and breathing, seemingly still alive.
‘Seems like I went a little too far…’
He felt a bit awkward. After calling out to her a few times with no reply, he took a bag of fox food from his storage ring.
He pinched a handful and put it near her mouth, and almost immediately, Little Jiu’s hazy eyes sharpened, spark returning to her gaze.
She opened her mouth, gobbling up the fox food in one bite.
After chewing a few times, she suddenly looked up at Bai Feng, chewing fiercely. “You b*stard! I told you I let you touch my ears, but is this how you treat them? I almost fainted here!”
“Sorry, sorry! I’ll give you a few more bags,” Bai Feng admitted sheepishly, quickly grabbing a handful of fox food and placing it in front of her with an apologetic smile. “Here, eat more.”
And so, the mischievous little fox ate her fill, still glaring at him fiercely.
