Chapter 378: I Really Deserve to d*e
Hu Yu Ying tilted her head and looked at Li Qing Xue. “Qing Xue, what were you just going to say?”
Li Qing Xue glanced at Lin Wan Ning. Seeing Lin Wan Ning smiling secretly while covering her mouth, she then turned her head to Hu Yu Ying. “She… she, and Dragon Brother Aotian, and you—have you already known everything?”
Seeing Hu Yu Ying nodding in confirmation, Li Qing Xue suddenly couldn’t hold back and burst into tears.
Her sobbing was so loud it nearly scared Hu Yu Ying and Lin Wan Ning half to d*ath. They hurriedly stepped forward, wrapping Li Qing Xue in their arms and softly comforting her.
Li Qing Xue’s tears came in gasps, her body shaking uncontrollably.
No matter how Hu Yu Ying and Lin Wan Ning tried to console her, it was no use.
“Don’t cry anymore, I’ll go back right now and pack up Dragon Brother Aotian for you,” Hu Yu Ying said, gently wiping Li Qing Xue’s tears with her finger. She made a move as if to leave.
Li Qing Xue grabbed Hu Yu Ying’s hand tightly, took a deep breath, and with a forced choke in her voice, stammered, “You all… didn’t tell me… sniff… sniff…”
There were still quite a few people on the shopping street.
Li Qing Xue’s crying drew many onlookers.
“Maybe we should head back first?” Lin Wan Ning suggested.
Li Qing Xue sniffled her nose. “Let’s go take a bath, yeah, take a bath… I wanna take a bath…”
“Alright then.”
They stepped into the nearest bathhouse.
Once they closed the private room door, Li Qing Xue finally stopped crying, though her body still jerked with sobs, her eyes swelled and red, her nose crimson—making it impossible not to find her adorable.
“All right, all right, no more tears.”
In comfort from Hu Yu Ying, Li Qing Xue vigorously blew her nose, then said, “I thought you didn’t know…”
“I thought you didn’t know, so I came here to try to stop Dragon Brother Aotian and Wan Ning. But… turns out you knew all along… big mistake…”
From Li Qing Xue’s broken words, Hu Yu Ying and Lin Wan Ning roughly understood.
Apparently, Li Qing Xue had discovered some things, but she didn’t want Hu Yu Ying to get hurt, so she planned to catch the truth herself, warn Dragon Aotian and Lin Wan Ning not to do anything that would hurt Hu Yu Ying again.
But due to a series of missteps, she ended up implicating herself.
“Then why didn’t you lock the door?” Lin Wan Ning softly asked, secretly wondering—was she wrong? Was all of this really just coincidence?
Li Qing Xue hiccupped through her tears, her gaze darting towards Hu Yu Ying and Lin Wan Ning. “I… I… I want to be a woman too.”
Her voice grew even softer at the end. “I’ve tasted what Wan Ning experienced with Dragon Aotian. I also want to try it. And I already know you knew about their stuff, Ah Ying.”
“I just thought, after tasting Dragon Aotian’s flavor, I’d threaten them not to do bad things anymore, or I’d tell Ah Ying.”
Hearing this, Lin Wan Ning’s lips twitched. “And the room number above the door?”
“Also checked by me…”
Hu Yu Ying couldn’t help but lower her head in resignation, asking, “Then what are you crying for? Haven’t you already tasted Brother Long’s flavor?”
“But I got caught,” Li Qing Xue admitted, voice trembling. “I’m so scared you won’t talk to me anymore…”
Her original plan was to enjoy her time with Dragon Aotian, then quietly pivot everything back on track, without anyone noticing. She never expected Hu Yu Ying actually to catch her red-handed.
This totally wasn’t part of her plan…
“I’m sorry, Ah Ying. I’m not a good best friend…” Li Qing Xue hiccupped as she sobbed.
Seeing her wrecked like this, Hu Yu Ying raised her hand—Li Qing Xue instinctively shrank her neck, thinking Hu Yu Ying was about to hit her.
But Hu Yu Ying looked both helpless and amused.
Her strange wish not to let herself find out, out of fear of hurting her feelings, had caused her to want to fix everything behind the scenes. Funny enough, she’d accidentally dragged herself into it too. Only she and Wan Ning hadn’t transformed into women yet.
Was her plan clever? Or just plainly foolish?
Gently wiping away Li Qing Xue’s tears, Hu Yu Ying said, “Alright, no more crying. If you keep crying, I really won’t talk to you anymore.”
Hearing that, Li Qing Xue sniffed hard and forced herself to stop crying.
Looking at her, Hu Yu Ying and Lin Wan Ning couldn’t help but laugh and hug her.
“Let’s go bathe now.”
“You’ve cried into a big ol’ cat face.”
Feeling their concern, Li Qing Xue nodded and started taking off her clothes to get in the bath.
Inside her jeans, there was still a layer of thermal pants.
Lin Wan Ning jokingly said, “How can you be so sure it’s your brother in the room? When you undressed, you were awake, weren’t you? Aren’t you worried it might be someone else?”
Li Qing Xue’s rosy cheeks went even redder. She whispered, “Dragon Aotian is a scatterbrain. When he saw the room number I set, plus I didn’t lock the door, his brain couldn’t think too much. Also… I remember what he smells like.”
After saying that, she cautiously glanced at Hu Yu Ying.
“You two… one bullies Brother Long because he’s kind, and the other because he’s dumb. How come I ended up with you two ‘best friends’?” Hu Yu Ying sighed.
Lin Wan Ning stepped forward and grabbed Hu Yu Ying’s hand. “Big sister, don’t be mad. Wan Ning’s body belongs to big sister today.”
Then she winked slyly at Li Qing Xue.
Seeing this, Li Qing Xue also approached and took Hu Yu Ying’s other hand. “Big sister, punish me — today, my body also belongs to you.”
“Let’s go take a bath first!”
She then looked at Qing Xue. “You can’t soak in the bath today; just take a quick shower.”
After stripping completely, Li Qing Xue stood shyly before the two, eyes cast down, muttering softly, “Can you tell if I’ve changed at all?”
She even straightened up a bit.
Hu Yu Ying and Lin Wan Ning peered at her legs—there were faint red patches and spots, but nothing obviously different. It’s not like changes happen immediately anyway.
But seeing Li Qing Xue’s hopeful look, they still said, “There’s a bit of change. Let’s just wash first.”
Hearing that, Li Qing Xue pressed her lips into a tiny smile, finally feeling like she’d become a woman—the woman she liked.
Though the whole process wasn’t exactly fairy-tale perfect…
That b*stard Dragon Aotian… who knew, maybe he went a little too easy on her…
Next time, she’d definitely kick him a few more times…
…
“I really should be dead,” muttered Long Aotian, staring at himself with guilt and shame plastered all over his face.
His hands were tied, unable to even hit himself.
He bombed the bed with a few hits, voice trembling: “I’m a complete beast—heartless, insane. Just a d*mn idiot eating grass at his own door…”
A grown man curled up at the foot of the bed, tears brimming in his eyes…
