Agustus oversees the priesthoods of Mages, Wizards, and Spellcasters. His domains include Illusions, Knowledge, Magic, Order, and Spells.
The God of Mages is quite a unique deity.
Because he is also a mortal who ascended to godhood, and he has a close connection to the ancient Silver Era. As a mortal, Agustus yearned for great power, researching the magical knowledge of many lost empires to advance his studies. Ultimately, his dedication
earned him the title of the first Prophet Mage, a position created by the earlier Goddess of Magic to recognize her most promising mortal students. Afterward, Agustus attempted to sever part of Saphiras’ divinity and merge it with himself, but this experiment ultimately failed. This led to a series of conflicts with Saphiras, resulting in the deity being imprisoned within a staff.
This deity was promoted by the previous Goddess of Magic, so his relationship with the current Goddess of Magic is not particularly good.
