Even Ygoroth stopped ferrying the River of Underworld and instead began to sell cheap souls, most of which were once ordinary people, not professionals. The entire order of the Underworld was in chaos, and the Soul Thieves began to brazenly collect souls. Because of the turmoil in the Underworld, violent changes occurred in the Ten Thousand Abyss Plains and the Hell of Bartok in just half a month, with the number of converted low-level demons and low-level devils explosively increasing.
The Underworld had always restricted the number of souls entering the lower planes.
But now this restriction had vanished, and while the undead frantically seized souls, the demons and devils seized the opportunity to exploit the chaos.
