Ygoroth and certain evil spirits rely on ferrying across the River of Underworld for their livelihood, serving also as assistants to the God of d*ath System. However, the real treasure of the River of Underworld is the cargo it transports, which consists of souls from all corners of the multiverse. Regardless of race or dimension, most souls have some connection to the River of Underworld.
Soren’s target is the Land of Forgotten, the third layer of the Bottomless Abyss.
The Land of Forgotten has been mentioned before, but one point must be reiterated: the birth of the name “Land of Forgotten” has a significant connection with the River of Underworld itself.
In this layer of the Bottomless Abyss, many demons are more likely to forget certain things than in other places. Even individuals from other worlds arriving here must undergo a mandatory exemption check after a while, or they will lose certain past memories. The memories forgotten relate to their abilities and the importance of those memories.
What may be forgotten could be trivial matters like eating and drinking, or it might include forgetting one’s origin and identity.
The Land of Forgotten is a good place because demons born here tend to be purer. Most of them retain only fragments of their past battle instincts while the vast majority of their memories have disappeared.
This means they are born with a blank slate, making them easier to control by the Demon Lord.
The reason the Land of Forgotten appears this way is primarily due to the River of Underworld. It contains the main thoroughfare of the upper-level River of Underworld and has the most tributaries from the first ten layers, some of which seep into the Land of Forgotten itself. Due to the corrosion from the River of Underworld, the creatures here forget certain things more easily than in other places.
Simply put.
The Land of Forgotten is like a vast delta surrounded by the River of Underworld, with its main current and tributaries encircling it.
Soren’s goal is the seventh tributary of the River of Underworld.
This is close to the border of the Land of Forgotten, near the edge of the Twisted Void. The River of Underworld itself is protected by some kind of Power of Laws, while also possessing strong corrosive properties that can cause both the dead and the living to forget certain things.
The seventh tributary is about twenty meters wide.
It branches off from the lateral side of the River of Underworld, penetrating approximately one hundred kilometers outside of Gurenba Arena, close to Soren’s Divine Kingdom attachment point, and ultimately passes through the Land of Forgotten to reach the seventh and eighth layers of the Bottomless Abyss.
Almost every tributary of the River of Underworld connects with the lower layers of the Bottomless Abyss.
In the direction of Gurenba Arena, the newly formed huge bl**d pool connects with the fifth tributary of the River of Underworld, while Soren’s target is the seventh tributary of the River of Underworld.
Golden radiance gathers.
Notably, Soren has personally arrived in the Bottomless Abyss this time.
After mastering the Divine Profession of d*ath, Soren has essentially become embroiled in the conflicts of the River of Underworld, and future clashes with them are inevitable. Therefore, after deciding to act against the River of Underworld, Soren did not hesitate to descend in person.

The water of the River of Underworld surged violently!

A beam of golden radiance moved along the newly formed river channel, guiding the waters of the River of Underworld to flow, as large amounts of water mixed with the souls surged into the new channel, quickly advancing forward.
The original tributary of the River of Underworld suddenly dropped significantly.
A cacophony of ghostly wails and screams echoed around, hinting at some terrifying backlash of awareness energy.
Soren’s face grew pale.
He was currently bearing the terrifying pressure of the waters of the River of Underworld, but he showed no sign of retreating. Instead, he continued to guide his divine power to transform the river channel before him.
—”Divine Power Shockwave!”
After introducing the waters of the River of Underworld into the new channel, Soren’s golden radiance wildly surged, followed by an incredibly powerful shockwave of divine power slamming into the nearby mountains, directly severing the nearly one hundred-meter high peak in half!
—”Heavenly Deity Descend!”
Soren’s figure transformed into a gigantic golden giant, directly supporting the severed peak before him and then smashing it down toward the original tributary of the River of Underworld.
Rumbling!
A deafening sound shook the mountains and the earth.
The towering peak of over a hundred meters was directly severed and thrown into the original river channel, momentarily cutting off the entire tributary of the River of Underworld, with the gigantic mountain becoming a dam blocking the flow.

The waters of the River of Underworld washed against the peak before him, the intense corrosive nature rapidly eroded the soil to reveal sturdy rock. Soren converted his divine power into a golden light shield attached to the peak, then waved his hand with supreme divine power to break the original law barrier, completely diverting the waters of the River of Underworld into the channel he created.
Boom!
The surging waters of the River of Underworld flowed rapidly, reaching the end of the new channel.
It was an enormous pool, but this was merely a facade, for beneath this pool lay a spatial passage.
This passage directly connects to Soren’s Divine Kingdom!
The entire transformation process here was barely halfway complete; the other half of the transformation occurs within his Divine Kingdom.
