Chapter 3: Anti-Magic Field! [Request for Recommendation Votes]
After receiving Soren’s promise, the speed from the City of Imprints was swift.
The Fallen Witch quickly gained the trust of the Arcane Survivors as Soren’s intimate partner and brought the Minsir Energy Core back to prepare for transportation to the Material Plane.
However, the Arcane Empire’s survivors also requested Soren to find them a quiet piece of land in the Material Plane, a place where they could temporarily avoid the eyes of the Gods, as many deities still harbored hostility towards the Arcane Empire’s survivors, especially the Druids of the Nature Sect. Fortunately, Soren had quite a bit of land at his disposal; while it was impossible for the Overseas Islands to grant them a piece of land, there was a continent discovered by his pirates in the distant east. This land was not small, and it was the result of their own actions; Soren planned to send them to that radiation-rich area to see what these people had done. Without Soren’s protection, these people would likely wither away in the City of Imprints, as only the City of Imprints, inaccessible to the Gods, could protect these Arcane Empire’s survivors from being hunted by the Druids.

The Minsir Energy Core is a huge magical device resembling a crystal ball but with a diameter of 150 feet. The sphere emits a bright light that is blinding like staring directly at the sun, with some dim shadows wavering on its surface. Below it is a magnificent pedestal that secures this perfect spherical device. Its purpose is to extract the raw energy from the magical network and transmit it to the surrounding area centered on the crystal ball. It can automatically supply power to quasi-magical items, allowing Archmages to create quasi-magical items without consuming physical points, soul energy, or requiring the casting of magic consistency spells.
In simple terms, within the range of the Minsir Energy Core, the requirements for creating magical items are significantly reduced, and the success rate increases astonishingly!
This is an extremely powerful ability.
It is also why magical energy could be realized during the Arcane Empire era, and so many magical items could be popularized among civilians.
[Elemental Fission] only provides basic energy, but the Minsir Energy Core can enhance the chances for all spellcasters within the territory to craft magical items while reducing the cost of creating magical items.
During the Kingdom of Arc era, each Floating City needed at least one Minsir Energy Core, which was an important component that allowed the city to float.

The artifact’s abilities also have a limitation; its effective range is within 1-3 kilometers. If a territory’s diameter exceeds this area, more than one Minsir Energy Core must be present. Soren sighed as he transformed into Saint form and said to Gloria, “Get ready to start the test.”
Gloria nodded seriously, and the next moment she appeared at the top of the Arcane Tower, gripping Saphiras’ scepter and gently tapping it, causing an invisible wave of energy to radiate out towards Modo City.
A sound of gasps erupted!
Within Modo City, all the Wizards under Gloria and from elsewhere instantly lost their magical connections; they suddenly found their magical abilities completely vanished.
It can’t be said they vanished completely; some Wizards above level 15 retained their abilities, though they faced considerable interference. They looked up at the sky in confusion, not knowing what was happening at that moment, but fortunately, the activation time of the anti-magic field was very short, and they quickly regained their magical abilities.
